Really a gorgeous interview. I liked the clips of dancing: this man seems very calm, very clean, he takes his time. As a person, he seems very intelligent, agreeable, open, responsible. It was a treat for me that he spoke such excellent English. He is young, good-looking, musical; and one can only hope for him that he gets to dance many roles, and to polish them to where he feels he did his Best. You can see that he is a Worker and Perfectionist, and I would hope he feels proud of himself.

Marque is beautifully-proportioned with a soft and lyrical quality of movement. What I noticed is his exceptionally strong core: everything he does comes from that. His remarks about the breadth of the POB répertoire reminded me that I would love to see this generation of POB dancers doing Neumaier's "Sylvia", and more Macmillan.
