PAUL JANZ - Go To Pieces

Another great Canadian 80's video. I only saw one other Paul Janz video so I thought there should more. Enjoy!

Watching this video throws me for such a loop. I became acquainted with Dr. Janz when he was teaching philosophy in Langley, BC. He's a gifted academic. It's hard to imagine a professional philosopher with a background in pop music--amazing guy.

This is so awesome I just don't know which order I should say this. Not only is this a great Canadian song, but also a great '80s song. Or, not only is this a great '80s song, but also a great Canadian song.

Did you know... Paul Janz is now a professor of Philosophy in an English university?

I agree. I just discussed this song with our drummer last night and will be looking at covering it. It's a brilliant song. Great arrangements and vocals.

On this song and "Flippin' to the A Side," some people are getting all caught up in these bands looking effeminate. Did these people live in the '80s? This was the way people rocked.

What a great song. One of the most underrated Canadian acts of the 80's. Must say this video did nothing to help his career.

I found this out while I was attending classes at Trinity Western University in Langley, BC (near Vancouver) back in 2004. He was a professor in the Theology department. Wish I would have taken the time to get to know him while I had the chance. He has since moved on to a position in London, England.
