In today's high-pressure world, where a lot of folks are struggling with that dark night of the soul, depression, and just really trying to kick the feeling low and that dip we might find ourselves in, Paul has a story to tell.
Paul van Musschenbroek shares: "For most of my adult life, in my experience of depression, I had outsourced the solution to medication and therapy. And I'm in no way suggesting that anyone does not take medication or get involved in therapy. My experience was that medication and therapy put me on even ground. And, I felt like there could be more to not being depressed. I wanted to be vital. I wanted to have energy. I wanted to actively explore my ambitions. I wanted to follow a purposeful destination in my life."
Learn how he used self-coaching and mindfulness in a 90-day practice to help himself, to "in-source" instead of "out-source" his inner wisdom and the tools to feel happy, alive and purpose-filled.
