thanks for mentioning that. i'm sorry i have to bring up and put this in perspective because a lot of lebron goat discussions say that about lebron which i understand. However, respectfully people like Kobe and MJ make sure that people don't necessarily have to like them but to make them the best version of them in the court. that's greatness.

I do think you're right in the bar being too low, but Pau is also one of the international players (I think him, Dirk, Manu and to a lesser extent Petroviz and Sabonis) that helped the game of basketball gain massive popularity globally.
