I find these videos a little humorous but at the same time, it's better to give something away to someone who could use it instead of smashing it like this, especially if it works good. I collect and use vintage high velocity fans but never came across one this size. Would have loved to have this one even though I would have had to work a little to clean it up and oil it. Wouldn't have had to be in mint shape for me, but it would have been a nice fan for me in my bedroom! And it would still be running since I would have taken care of it! Put your time to positing it on craigslist and get yourself 5.00 or so for yourself and make someone else happy! But people these days are something else! Lol

I agree I broke a fan exactly like this by putting stuff in it like he did and It still works just fine. Can't kill a patton. Even I bent the blades back for another destruction round and it doesent blow air anymore but still works just fine

@@beamng929eeee7 I repaired a 70 year old Westinghouse that was left in a chicken coop for who knows how long. If a 70 year old fan can be repaired like that, then this Patton could’ve EASILY been restored.

It does not seem to be the Holmes buy out but how come it’s silver?

@@jiujitsu_demon6527 I can definitely recognize that unit as one of the models from the 80'sm but there's a good chance that the blades came off of a 90's silver model, or the blue paint faded away.

It was not that good anymore, it didn't run at full speed and the blades were not blue anymore.
