This lady is the last of a dying breed. So many artists have come and gone in the 50 years Patti has been around, but no one can do it like her. Patti FEELS every note in every word, and she damn well makes sure you're gonna feel it too. Everyone was wondering who would take the torch when Whitney passed, but Patti always had that torch.

I remember this performance like it was yesterday. This was Patti towards the end of her vocal prime… she is still amazing but any die hard Patti fan has noticed her vocal changes that have come with age. She is one of greatest yo ever do it

This lady is so awesome and amazing....I remember hearing hear sing....my mom listening to her albums over and over....and my Uncle Travis...treated me to see her in person in concert in L.A. for my 16th birthday....It was amazing and to see she is still singing - even at the White House in 2014.
