What an international treasure. And to you young girls, ladies, women out there who think you can sing and/or perform (or entertain).......you can't!!! This Woman is 80 years old and on a bad night out performs ALL OF YOU. Just think if she were still 30 years old LOL. Y'all wouldn't stand a chance doing a duet with her, and you will never stand a chance against her or doing a duet with her NOW. THIS, is performing, entertaining, being yourself instead of "holier than thou" that most of you allude, or always trying to out do whoever. SHE doesn't have to be holier than thou or out do anyone; again, on her worst night she effortlessly dismisses all of you out and away from her. Thank you Ms. Patti for all of your entertaining for the last many decades and at present!

But she hit the same notes at the end so she's good. Her natural voice struggles but not her falsetto.

Patty can lose her complete voice, and not have any vocals, and we would still stay there, and listen to her, for 5 hours if we had to, but on this night she did her thing, most people lose their high notes, as they get older, so it has to be double hard on her, to lose her Alto notes, and only have her high notes to sing from, cuz it can make you sound like you're screaming, but we all know with her voice was, and is, and nobody can touch this hefffa, look up every performance she did, when she was in her 50s, and then go back to when she was 18 at the apollo, and then when she, will win her group changed their name from the blue bells, to labelle, and watch how she works it, like nobody else, and to only have a falsetto voice now, she still does with only that, that nobody else in that predicament, will be able to do, she is the real goat, I love aretha, all of them, but none of them can out sing Patti Labelle, and so many people say they love her, I know I'm one of her biggest fans, but I always wonder do they really, you're so fell out, but they're always theater shows, never has she did arena so, because she can't sell those type of tickets, but she can sing, and control her audience just as good as Whitney could, and her prime, and I'm talking about Patti all the way back in her prime, it literally broke my heart, when she was on watch What happens live with Andy cohen, and she said that she wants to sell 10 million albums, and her lifetime just to prove that she can, and I'm like what, she already has proven that, why wouldn't people support the albums, Aretha got her big break in 1968, Patti started in 1963, she has two Grammys to her name, and the first one was given in 1991, and I think that's a damn shame, she has never been inducted in the Rock and roll Hall Of fame, nor has LaBelle the group, and they were the most funkiest thing that was out there, like "Somebody Somewhere", "Lady Marmalade" "What Can I Do For You", "Can I Speak To You Before You Go To Hollywood", "System" "Going On A Holiday" "Get You Somebody New", "Moonshadow","Dear Rosa", "Nightbirds", and the last song "Isn't It A Shame" those are songs that were always the timeless, the songs are music, that was tallent, and I'm not going to even get into her solo music, I wanted to list songs for you all to go back and look up, and actually see not just who, cuz of course you know who it is, but what I'm talking about, my favorite album from her is flame, turn that sucker on and I promise from the beginning to the end, all 14 songs you don't want to turn off, whatsoever, and I cannot picture that album, not feeling 10 million copies, the one that has "When You Talk" about love, when they say Patti Patti, OMG the music on there, "He Doesn't Love You", the "Shoe Was On The Other Foot", "You Saved My Life", "If By Chance", "Let Me Be There For You", "Addicted To You", just all of them, and then all of her tributes to other stars, go back and watch then my living shall not be in vain, or when she did it "Ain't No Way" For Aretha Franklin at The essence awards and 93, when she was 53, "This House I Live In", for Frank Sinatra, are "You Are So Beautiful To Me", to Elizabeth Taylor for her birthday, and oh my goodness when she sang "You Are The Wind Beneath My Wing's", to her sister that passed away, named Jackie, her baby sister, on her live in New York album, you don't get to see her perform at, but you get to hear her perform it live, so just type it in, she's it was doing her look to the rainbow tour, so you're going to see many different result, that will come up, so if you can see her singing it, then that's how you would know that, that's Not the version I want you to listen to, just type in live in New York, "You Are The Wind Beneath My Wing's", when she sang "Oh Me Oh My" live in new york, and on the same concert, at the Apollo theater, when she sang Whitney Houston's "All The Man I Need", I can go on and on and on and on, that's how you know I am a true die-hard Patti LaBelle fan, her and Whitney Houston are my favorite all-time performers, and Mariah carey, are my favorite music artists, and I can't choose between the two, but Patti will always the number one, because she's a mama Patti, versus Mariah and Whitney, not saying their talent is less, but they're closer to my age or my era, so that's why Mama Patti has to be, and will always be number one, in my life that is, I love her for real, I don't have to pretend, I buy her albums, I have I think 10 of them, and I first fell in love with her, when she wrote her autobiography, and I was 13 years old, and that's when the album "Flame" came out, I got that one and everyone after it, and of you before it.
