My mom took me to a Patti Labelle concert when I was 10 years old and I will never forget how she put her heart and soul into every single note and nuance. She was funny and connected with the audience from beginning to end. No special iighting, background dancers, pyrotechnics, just her and a mic and its still one of the best concerts I have ever been to!

@pattifan This performance was done sometime 200?. John Stanley didn't start playing for her till the 2000's.
