same , soi pothole is a next high wanted road , and it looks nice for a bar. My guess , he will be doing great depending on the girls ... which is always the big thing.

Nice bar design, I like the metal and the exposed cement walls without painting. I also like the fact ladies can drink anything, but I will probably ask them to drink beer (it lasts longer 🙂).

Was there in January this year. Place was booming .. especially the bar in the beginning (SB side). Now it's slowing down, time to move to Pattaya from Nonthaburi.

Besides me, who else is of the opinion that the selection and quality of the ladies is more important than that of the beers? I really like the bar design. Significant when Daz discovered the supposedly hard-working construction workers sitting in the chaos playing and eating.

Everything is important, the ladies also want to work in a nice place, nice rooms, nice surroundings and nice customers. Otherwise why don't you just go to the beer bars on action street or Soi Diana.

Personally I don't agree. If you want quality, go to gogo's or hi-so clubs instead of soi pothole. In my 28 year experience, the lesser quality girls tend to be more friendly, open minded and easier to deal with.

Quality in relation to ladies means to me their ability to entertain the guests well, to be friendly, interested, motivated, funny etc. and have some knowledge of foreign languages. For me, quality doesn't just mean good looks or young age.

Looks nice job so far, albeit 2 months behind his schedule in the previous video, i also thought the owner said “splash” had a meaning. I failed to see the relevance with the design of this bar.

Hi Daz, I felt when you first showed this bar that the design was going to look like a construction site. Now that it is finished I'm surprised how well it came up with the lighting and fittings. Not bad at all!

I've passed by this bar a couple of times, it looked pretty empty to me, with few girls and no customers, however it makes sense if it was considered not open yet. Got to visit it sometime soon)

Spent many hours sitting with the "table of knowledge " in the front of that place when Dave had it😉. What a big change from before. Looks very nice. What are the expected st/ lt prices Daz?

1000% recommend a semi-matte off-black paint on the walls if he isn't already thinking of that, with the wall art it will give the atmosphere a very luxury-esk vibe along with the purple which give off that royalty feeling

So bit off topic but cost of girls. I'm here now seems to be big difference in what's charged. Yes some of these bars and agogos charging extortionate prices for BFs and st could be anything from 2-4k and LT write your own price. Girl I've seen a few times freelancer this trip is 1500 LT. She's a night club goer and is complaining before could get 1500 -2k for ST and 2.5-3.5k for LT no punters are willing to pay those silly prices anymore. All her friends said the same and while in Ibar she was talking to a captain ( manager ) he said same all the girls complaining to him. I have tested this out four out of last 5 nights worked everytime. Maybe punters starting to wake up and taking a stance. I've also had a ST everyday 1k plenty about.

All you say does depend on how old you look. Young girls won't discount if you look older. Also, now Peak Season is finished, the 2 Wk Millionairs have gone home. Mostly Seasoned Travellers here now.

Nailed it, i believe of all of the "Seven Deadly Sins" in Pattaya ..............Greed is the foremost in a ladies mind, my glass ceiling is 1500 LT & avoid bar fines when possible, as the ladies say Up to you.

Rule No 1 with the bars. Girls, girls, girls and more girls.

I am always surprised to see that bar owners make efforts on what is not essential, having beautiful coffee tables is not part of the criteria for looking for customers. On the other hand, having pretty girls and in numbers is what will attract people. It's a race for the most beautiful bar, but even if it's pleasant, it shouldn't be at the expense of what the majority expect, especially in Pattaya.

How much for the ST room?

Yes.. cold beer very important, but equally important is having a good beer selection. I popped into the bar a couple of times, just the usual watered-down Thai beers. Many bars on this Soi now have Asahi (Sinbin bar) Beer Lao Dark(Triangle bar and Wen), Guinness (Maggie Mays and Highrollers) and nice selection of European IPA style beers(Highrollers). I suggest owner offers at least one beer that is drinkable.

@@gbtedx1157 It’s a matter of taste and not alcohol content. Most bars have the shitty tasting (no taste) Thai commercial beers, which are all lagers. No dark beers, IPA or craft beers. Absolutely no selection of different beer types (Dark, Dunkel, Brown or pale or red ales, IPAs, etc). Thailand has some very good tasting craft beers from Full Moon brewery (Phuket) and Chang Mai brewery, where you can only buy at Central Festival supermarket or Villa Market.

@@99fulham99 I only go to bars that have at least one beer that has some taste. I refuse to drink shitty (no taste) beer, even when it’s cheap! For me, I go to bars that carry Asahi (Japanese-style dry beer, brewed in Thailand), Beer Lao Dark, Thai craft beers (Full Moon brewery) and German and Belgium beers. Many bars now carry Asahi or Beer Lao.

I have to say that is a nice bar and love the decor and lighting. The owner puts a lot of emphasis on the small things, which sometimes mean a lot. I am just curious what the rent rates would be for those apartments and does it include water, electricity, cable and Wi-Fi?

No, there is another entrance at the rear, up a short flight of stairs.

They might want to consider breaking the pool table balls from the other direction. If not, the people sitting on that sofa are going to suffer from a few miss shots.

Funny thing when ever you turn up at these projects the workman are on break, this is the bar that was going to be finished new yrs eve at the absolutely latest .

Awesome they allow girls to order what they want for the same LD price, however here is a cheap charly PRO-tip: As a condition for buying them an LD: 1. Ask them to order a bottled beer because they last longer (or a mixed drink) 2. Absolutely no tequilas, shots, juice, soft drinks or water
