Stayed two times in 2020. Only minor complaint is the breakfast. Same everyday with no menu to choose from (not even style of eggs). It's included in the package but you can really skip it. It's obviously due to current low occupancy. Only once on a weekend there was a reasonable buffet.

I’m coming there since they first opened in 2004, twice a year. It’s just great, the staff, the location, the pools and the restaurant At first there was totally nothing at LK. First Champagne opened, than The Office and the rest is history. The room you’re showing is in the Corona building. The rooms at the Areca building are renovated and have a walk-in shower and no bath tumb. The rooms at the Evergreen building are slightly bigger and newer. I’ll be back in August, if necessary first in quarantine

@@CoolstixDave No. They have a bath with the shower in the bath. It can be tricky to get in or out, specially when you’re drunk or a bit older 😃😃😃😃 That’s why I always book a delux room with poolview at the Areca wing. Another pro for the Areca wing is, that it is close to the main entrance ( LK ) , while Evergreen is a 5 min. walk. On the other side, Evergreen is close to the Avenue and a couple of bars on Soi 15 and also to the Gents clubs on the Soi opposite the Pattaya memorial hospital on Soi Bukhao

Good location and Nice hotel stayed there twice, can't wait to get back to Thailand for another holiday

Another tip: The Travelodge Pattayya is also a great Hotel which is in the next street. EASY Connectivity to Avenue Mall , Roof top swimming pool and Good Staff.

I did not hide ur comment is much appreciated and I agree, but this automated system of reviews ur comment was held for review, so I totally agree about the unpleasant noises, but that's the case in most of pattayas hotels and moreover they have nothing to do with my vlogs, I pay just like u pay for ur room. And once again ur comments and opinions much worthy than the hotels opinion.

Excellent video and looks like a great option to stay in. Probably won't be before 2025 for me and I suspect about 75 to 90% of normal FARANG TOURISTS. Seems so sad and depressing place now comparatively speaking. Things will hopefully return to normal within a few years or within this decade.

Martin, do you know what is the room rate before the pandemic ? I plan to visit Bangkok and Pattaya in spring of 2021.

When the border opens in July/October the price would be double. But great info, thanks.

Grass service suites is the best hotel I have stayed in pattaya. Studio room at 20$

It's terribly noisy: Reason one: No carpet on the aisle and on the bedroom-floor. Reason two - as clearly visible in your video: The staff using those horrible Walkie-Talkies. Nonstop. Every morning I woke up early, because the people working there obviously don't care, if they disturb their paying guests. I asked friendly at the reception, they responded unfriendly. So I checked out after a few nights. I would never return there, not even for free. / comment-re-upload
