    That last point was key. I've gotten into many sports of different kinds. Or hobbies really. Fishing, skiing, ect. Armwrestling is definitely less intrusive in day to day life. Its more in line with having poker night with the guys. The wife doesn't mind because its generally all dudes. 😆

    Can anyone please let me know, can I train my Forearms everyday for size and strength? I do 9 excersises in one session each 4x10 reps

    Generally, the smaller the muscle group, the faster the recovery, the more frequently you can train it. Many armwrestlers train their forearms every day. Usually in higher rep ranges though

    I wouldn't train every day as a beginner. Slowly introduce more and more volume.
