i wonder why they really didn't use a raggedy ann doll as Annabelle in the films....instead of a huge porslain doll....cause the raggedy ann doll looks more innocent and difficult to see any evil in it....But the porslain doll looked scary from start....

@@aminahussain6915 One of the reasons, I heard, for not using a Raggedy Anne doll, was that you can't manipulate a rag doll, like a porcelain one. Example: When the doll rotates its head in the first movie, you can't do that with a rag doll.

When I was 19 I was engaged. I went to P.R. to meet his parents. There was a room in the back of the house that had all these little "things" in it. In the right hand corner was a rocking chair with a life size black doll. I instantly stopped at the doorway. Something told me not to go inside. I peaked inside to my right and saw the doll. I backed up and told him I'm not going in there. You could feel the evil in that room. Needless to say I didn't marry him. It wasn't because of that, but his mother is evil.

Not nearly as much attention as it could. The Warren's are gone. A different fellow is dictating everything now. His motives may not be what the Warren's once were. I don't know about the supernatural and all that ,but there is one hell of a lot of what I personally define as evil among us.

This is my first time seeing the real Annabelle. Not nearly as scary as the one in the movies. But I supposed if it started trying to kill me it would be scary no matter what it looked like. Thanks for sharing this
