Success rate doesn't mean how often their strategies succeed it means how likely their strategies are to succeed, and as much as I simp for and glaze PJ his success rate is kinda meh

that's pretty biased i believe you haven't watch the mentalist bcz most of the points are biased , if its tv hanibal lec then jane mid diff , and if its comp (novel +tv) then jane high to very high diff , jane is on par with character like baku and hal don't disrespecting him buy making him so underrated
