Would you recommend to get a revision every 10 years or wait until you see slight signs of the facelift falling like in the case with this beautiful lady. Since this lady is 12 years out from her facelift and has some slight descent of facial and neck tissues, would you personally do a revision or recommend it if this person wanted to reclaim how she looked in her initial post op photo? Or would you hold off a few years as the changes aren’t super severe

Looks great. Would this person qualify for a revision still. How long will you continue to look like how you did in the initial post op photo? People say it lasts 10 years so will you look as youthful and lifted in the initial post op for the next 10 ish years and then after you will see slight signs of aging like slight jowling and neck laxity like the case with this lady?
