I took care of many elderly with dementia and other issues. While his physical health is poor I suspect he is not suffering from Senility but possibly a form of Parkinson's disease. His freezes are evidence of interference with his neuro system Either way, he will have to be either removed or quietly retired in January 2025. Gerald Ford was first president I witnessed begin a decline in office due to his motor-coordination and sadly a stroke.
