Ma'am if notification of ipr is out then msc 2 year wale students isme apply kar sakte hai kya

Sir, Preli ke syllabus main likha huya hain "IP legislatives in India, WIPO and related treaties" aur main ke syllabus main "Intellectual property rights" ...... IP laws aur IPR main difference kya hain....yo 6-7 jo IPR hain preli ke liye wo sab in details jaisa ki working system, types, advantage etc padna padega ya phir shirf act hi legislations ke andar ayega....and if so koi act, uska amendment to bohot bohot page o ka hoga, wo details main kaise yad rakhe....ya phir surface level main IPR and related years pade toh ho jayega..... please reply sir

Patent agent exam is a different one from patent examiner / officer exam.

actually ye promotion kitne din me hote hain ye matter karta hai ... In how many year your AGP will change?? jitne bhi pad apane bataye hain un pado par har koi nahi pahuch sakta so iska matlab ye to nahi ki agar us pad par nhi pahuche to pay grade bhi nahi badalega

Ma'am I have a doubt. Sir is talking about subject syllabus, but in the patent agent exam syllabus there is only about the patent act and procedure of patent filing and case studies only. Is there any difference between patent officer and patent agent?

Patent agent is the one who files the patent application at patent offices. Patent officer /Examiner is the one who examines the formal and technical part of the application.

Is there any opportunity to go abroad as a patent examiner? Also leaves are very few only 8cl😮
