Tldr in mid 2009-2012 any famous star/actor is spammed by Brazilian "come to brazil pls 🙏" sounds normal until you know that brazil crime rate is horrifying high so it's literary a death trap if you go there. Now...why mordekaiser? To put it simply mordekaiser ult transport there victim to another dimension this is comparable to "come to brazil" meme so it implies mordekaiser dragging/transporting there victim to brazil. There you go fully explained.
