Great video, Patty❤️ I'm so glad I passed on this collection. I just had that feeling it would be a disappointment for me personally and what I was looking and hoping for. The sticker over top of the Mothership Palette is the most disappointing. I'm not sure why they made that decision, but it feels cash grabby, and I hate that because Pat McGrath is a true artist and icon in this industry 😫 Thanks again for the awesome review. It's insulting.

I got the bundle plus one pot. I got smugglers spice. It isn’t ‘ special’ per se, but I wanted to use with the duo chrome in ritualistic rose. It’s a perfect match.

Didn’t order anything from this collection, & it seems like mother pat’s crown is on a very downhill tilt…..stickers on old palette’s, orders taken & not delivered! Oh my 😢 Pat McGrath was always a bit of a wait between releases, but now it’s nearly every couple of months & it seems like quality is being overlooked! It’s gonna have to be something really special for me to spend my money again 😢

I got the Sith quint and I agree with you. It is stunning, but as a companion palette, not on its own. I would love to see you do a pairing with Sith and other mattes (maybe from Midnight Sun or Subliminal) - those would pair up great!!

I only ordered the “Divine Droid” and received it yesterday the colors are beautiful but you would need to use blending shades being that all are sparkly I loved the light blue and the purple. Now the purple seemed less more emollient than the other colors loved the lime leaning gold

I passed on everything!! Having seen the repeat products, I was pretty stunned and disappointed. I mean, slapping on a Star Wars sticker didn't make them exciting or interesting (for me). I thought the pots would offer much, much more, in the way of sparkles and tones. Sadly, they were a bit boring. I don't know what's going on with PM but she seems to be veering off course and I don't like it. I'm not into Star Wars, but I did pick up Sith Seduction I liked the color story of that one. I plan on using it with my other Pat palettes.

You came out with a pretty look.. that is the only one I didn’t order lol. I ordered the other one and the one you didn’t receive and now I’m nervous. Please do a review when you get the one that was missing

Most excited about the Golden quint. I think I’ll actually wear it. The others will DEFINITELY be companion palettes for me and more challenging to wear and use. I prefer the more ethereal, natural, beautiful looks that you usually create with other palettes. Not my favorite launch. I see decluttering in my future. The ones she released last time were GORGEOUS and very wearable.

I got the trio of quints… the same 2 arrived first and I’m waiting on the Droid which was mailed this week. Initially I was most excited for Droid and then Sith. The C-3PO I only got because I figured why not. But I LOVE The Golden One. I love the matte formula she is putting in her quints so much. And I love the two mattes in here with my complexion. I’m also glad The Golden One is actually more coppery/bronze than actually gold. I really love it. The Sith one is nice with great formula but it gives the same vibe to me as Midnight Sun and on me I can’t really tell the first light one from the last light one. But I’ll definitely be using it as a companion for other mattes. It’s how I do my makeup anyway. I rarely use only one palette (unless I’m traveling). I’m glad I passed on the potted shadows. I don’t tend to use single shades like that anyway.

Tell us how you really feel Patty 😂 I have to say I AM a Star Wars fan and I’m disappointed these were all on the old movies. There are new characters I would have been more excited about for the packaging. Agree the palettes are just disappointing color stories

Everyone mentioned not getting the droid palette 😂. It’s clearly shipping later. Oh well, we’re all primed by past debacles to be a little wary of shipping delays. I received Sith Seduction and its nice. I think the dark blue shade is wonky though. It didn’t even mix well with Mehron mixing liquid. It’s not pressed enough in my opinion and I’ve now “repressed” that shade in the pan. We’ll see if that helps.

The Moira potted eyeshadows are GORGEOUS and only like $6-8

I’m bummed I caved and ordered 2 of the quints.. the Sith Seduction is disappointing . The blue and green shades are so black based they’re hard to work with and the 2 light shades are almost the same.. ugh I should’ve known better. I’m hoping Divine Droid is more exciting.. I think I’m taking a break from Pat for a bit.

My order with PMG labs was a disaster. I didn’t get over half the things I ordered. I ended up with 2 sith seductions instead of the golden one and divine droid. I didn’t receive any of my mascaras. And I ordered the Star Wars lip bundle and didn’t even get any of the liquid lipsticks or one of the gloss shades, but got doubles of two of the shades. I’m so disappointed and still haven’t heard from customer service. I love mama Pat but her brand is on the downfall and believe me I won’t be purchasing from her site again after this huge mistake. You’d think the team packaging these items would be careful especially when someone drops the kind of money I did. I just hope they make this right or I’m screwed 😢 besides all that I wanted to say I love your videos and you look absolutely gorgeous! Thanks for posting and giving me inspiration all the time. I'm tempted to buy the quints to satisfy my inner collector but after the sticker fiasco I can't bring myself to pick anything up. It's a shame really, if she'd have just done a new 10 pan I'd have picked the whole collection up. Total bummer.

Mine just arrived, I got the Divine Droid but not The Golden One.. this is just crazy!

I am so so disappointed with shipping! I received Darth on Christmas Eve, because I placed placed 2 orders, Darth and R2-D2, and then for me the full bundle because I didn't own the mothership palette....well today I was suppose to receive my big bundle, the trio and mothership, but nope...all I received was two R2-D2!! So I am hoping and praying she messed up when she was notifying me...and that tomorrow which when I am suppose to get my other package...that I do receive m bundle!! Because man...I am am livid!

I got the trio of quints for collection purposes. I love one eyeshadow looks with a sparkly shade, and also all sparkle eye looks using several colors, so I think that I might have better luck with these quints than you (I also use matte transition shades or deeper mattes for deepening, but they’re not a must for me as I love all sparkles as well). I’m just not as excited about the color stories, except for Divine Droid, which is very inspiring with the different colors. The Sith Seduction palette has nice neutrals but I’m disappointed that it has some similar shades to Midnight Sun, which I already own. And as for The Golden One… well, it’s golds and pinks, of which I own a ton already in my PM collection, and for some reason I haven’t been wearing pink this past year, I’m just not feeling it much. So, again, I bought the quints mainly for collection purposes, and I’m happy with that, I just wish that I liked more the color stories so that I could get more use out of them.

I purchased the divine Droid and it was delivered yesterday. I was shocked.

Thank you for another great video! The Sith Seduction reminds me a bit of the Mothership Decadence palette and the Golden reminds me a little (maybe it’s the red and gold) of the Mothership Bronze Seduction palette. Do you think they’re similar to any of these motherships?

Sorry, but I’m not paying full price for a palette that was half price for months, just because she put a Star Wars ‘sticker’ on it. Other videos showed it was a sticker so come on Pat. Seems shady to me. Also, didn’t she do a Star Wars collection about 3-4 years ago? Someone needs to tell her to do something new or she’ll lose her fan base. Love your videos x

I am pretty sure that the Federal Trade Commission requires that orders be received no more than 30 days after being placed unless the customer is notified of a delay. Personally, I think that you should be offered the choice of either cancelation ( with appropriate refunds of taxes and delivery charges) or back ordering.

The droid palette will show up a couple of days later. That’s what happened with mine.

I was doubting on buying anything on the collection. After watching your review and another 2 ones...this collection is a big NO. And this is saying a lot coming from a SW fan who was on the release of every single if the 9 films and is a 501st Legion member with 2 screen Accurate costumes (Royal Guard and Jawa) so BIG fan with Big SW collection...but Iwont add any of those items to my collection just because there's some kind of sticker on them. I think the first release of SW&PMG collection was at another level and somehow this came out as nothing special. Sad...coming from a High end company

Hi Patty, I'm a huge Star Wars fan so I'm extra disappointed at this collection. She had such a great opportunity to knock this out of the park, especially for those who love the series, and make this a keeper and I'm very let down. From reissuing a least loved palette (come on now, she couldn't at least have given us a couple of new astroblitz in this to make it worth buying?); to the color stories in the quints (I ordered the set like you did but haven't gotten them yet; she did send am email saying the most colorful of the trio would be late, which is why you haven't gotten it yet). I think I'm due to get mine today but it's sad when you're more excited about the packaging then the actual makeup (and like you, I'm a huge Pat fan and I have your same coloring so you are my go-to person for all makeup tips btw, I love your advice). Also, the astroblitz were WAY overpriced for a single shadow that is lackluster. This needs to be extra special and inventive to charge the same price as the quints pallette for one. I am glad she was sold out of the one color I wanted to buy (the spice one), so I won't be getting any of these at all. I appreciate your candor on this one. Thanks for reviewing these but Pat, if you want feedback, come on. I like that she lowered her price on the quints for accessibility but what about us die hard fans and collectors? I feel really let down with this missed opportunity. :( Still love Mother Pat though. Her stuff is still the best around.

I think the packaging and release of this collection looks like they were on some kind of deadline they couldn't meet, so they threw it together and released it so they could get it out. I did get the Sith because I love the blue and will combine it with other palettes however overall it's just disappointing. I own a ton of Pat McGrath products, so I'm bummed.

Everyone is getting their Star Wars orders and I still haven’t gotten a palette I ordered over a month ago from her 😄😄😄.

I’m just here to see the Makeup By Mario foundation on you. It doesn’t look better then Chanel or Pat McGrath foundations on you. It would look even drier on me. I can’t wait to see your review though.

These were ALL easy passes for me..nothing looks special imo..I LOVE my holiday quints but this...smh 🙅‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I expect from colourpop 🤣

I like Star Wars but it doesn't scream luxury cosmetics to me. It looks like cheap marketing and is a big turn off. We have been asking for several things from PML for a while now but instead we get re-released products with new wrapping. I would love to see a palette of mid to light toned mattes for transition shades and different matte looks, and some new cool toned shades that will match well for light and darker skin shades. PML has rosy mattes, gold and orange shimmers and warm colours out the wazoo, it would be great to see something different.

I’m just kinda over PM in general.

I guess I'm too old (55) to understand the attraction to cross branding something like movies with makeup. Or fast food. Or celebrities. I just want great makeup.

Not sure what mother Pat is up to, but she is really disappointing us with the latest collection. I would have loved the moonlit seduction palette but wasn't keen on the two matt shades so gave it a pass and haven't bought anything since. As for a collaboration re star wars, I hated star wars (the script was atrocious). Lets hope for better collections in 2023...

In my opinion Pat McGrath cheapened her brand....makes no sense why she did Star wars stickers...like Kylie Jenner and her cheap batman pallets.....

I think Mother got a bit greedy. This whole collection is a money dump and not satisfying for neither PMG fans nor Star Wars Fans. These palettes are right up unusable without either perfect technique or other palettes. The chrome luxe shade is lackluster and overall all these - no offense - crappy collection items are WAY overpriced. This is how Mothers turns even her die hard fans against her. I think this whole collection is a shame. Thanks, Patty, for taking the time to review it, but maybe it’s time to let pass by one or another collection of this kind of quality. As per usual, you did an awesome job nevertheless. ❤

Even these packages look cheap, I don’t know how she gets away with charging so much for cardboard palettes. 😂 I bought the nirvana one, I’m waiting to see how it is, if it looks cheap like this I’ll return it.

@@mollyohara4971 this is my first time buying her products, I usually buy ABH or Natasha Denona, and right when I bought this nirvana palette I learned about the sticker gate lol and I was like oh no, that’s trash. On this video you can see that the packaging looks like something we would make in art class at school, so when I receive my item if it looks that cheap as well, I’m returning it even if the colors are pretty, I could find the same colors in a colorpop palette I bet. 😂

There is so much Pat McGrath at my TJMAX. I don't like it and won't be buying.

So downmarket from PM. Zero interest in branded Star Wars crap. She’s jumped the shark on this one.

I’ve yet purchase any PM products. I’ve come close but my inner voice keeps telling me not to give in to the hype and to hold onto my hard earned dolls-hairs! So many small indie brands that have quality products need support. This type of marketing will kill PM’s brand.

I just don’t buy that Pat McGrath has anything much to do with her brand or product development anymore. I don’t ever see her engaging with her new products the way I see other brand owners doing. I have thought for quite some time now that Pat McGrath is just a name that hit bought and has very little to do with the artistry of the woman herself - now I’m sure of it. 😔

I caught that too and stopped in my tracks. I assume she meant it in a different way then how it came out but I had to step away as I love looks like that and trying them out myself.

This collection seems like a last minute decision just thrown together by someone who hasn't slept for days. They didn't care about it whatsoever. I imagine them saying, "Just gather all the products that haven't sold well, slap some Star Wars stickers on them, and throw in a few mini eyeshadow palettes for good measure."

Un this particular video your don't show like enthusiastic talking about the shades or creating looks 🙄🙄🙄🙄
