Thank you Tara Lynn. I wanted to know if the colours stayed true throughout the day or did they fade into a single colour over the hours? I find that with most shadows, over the course of the day, the dark shadow (placed from the middle to the outer part of the lid) blends into the light shadow (middle to inner part of the lid), so by end of day, it simply looks like I am wearing a single medium toned shade.

I own all the palettes ever release by PMG Labs (except the newer minis that come in the clear frosted plastic and the black cardboard mini set and I skipped her singles). These quads were a must for me and they're gorgeous IMO . I agree that the cream glitter highlight is overpriced ! We can't forget that skin tone plays a part in the way that cosmetics appear on the eyes as well as in swatches. xoxo

I am SO glad that you break down the shade uniqueness vs price on these palettes! I have watched other influencers give a glowing review on palettes like these and have ran out and spent a lot of money on them only to find afterwards that I do have shades very similar to them already! These quads also, in my opinion, need to have at least one matte to blend with. I like having all in one quads to travel with!

I really appreciate your support. I totally understand your point, and that's one reason I started my channel. I like to bring up all the good and the bad about every product I review. I feel like we are all so different and what matters to some, won't matter to others therefore I feel it's important to give as much info as possible. I have gotten nasty comments from people criticizing my opinion (, some act like they have ownership in the company🤦‍♀️😏) But, nevertheless, I will always try to cover all sides of my reviews.❤ Thanks so much for your support, it means a lot too me🥰❤

i think the highlighter in the tube is for very young girls going out clubbing in a huge rave disco, otherwise its better to use as an eyeshadow

Great video! I love the comparisons you do. They are very helpful. I don't have any Pat McGrath, so I ordered this palette because the rose shades looked so pretty and I have heard good things about her formula. I was hoping to get another of her palettes so I could create a whole look, but I am not sure what to get. I was thinking about the smaller Bronze Ambition palette, but Mothership VI looks really pretty, too. What would you suggest?

I did pick up the Nocturnal nirvana palette. I’m new to Pat McGrath and because of the price I try my very best to make sure it’s something a little different. Then my sister bought me the one you are showcasing today. I have not received it yet. Thank you for the comparison switches helping me to save money. Some of the makeup is so expensive.

I've been looking at this Rustic Rituals quad and I knew I needed to come see if you had a review because you create the most beautiful looks and you have tiny facial features ( eyes in this case) like me. You and Patty Alonzo create some of the most beautiful eye looks and can sell me on a palette like no others lol

As a Pat McGrath fan, I absolutely have to agree with you! I have recently acquired the mothership trio, nocturnal nirvana and iconic illumination, on tap of the 2 6pan ones I bought last year. On my deep skin, many of the bronze and gold shades end up looking very similar on the eye. But Those shades look the best on my deep skin and I don’t mind having repeats since I wear those types of looks on a daily basis. Plus I have hooded eyes so shimmery shades are my go to. I’ll probably end up with more repeats since I’m planning on buying mothership v during the upcoming sale season 😝

I think the same thing ..

I like the highlighter applied with the brush. I wish Pat would show how she uses it on the eyes and face on her Instagram. She’s posted pics of it but not how she applied it like she does with the eye palettes. She gets a different turn out than what I’ve seen. But I like the way you applied it with the brush. It looks beautiful that way than applied with the finger. I do love all quads though. I do wish she would come out with different shades. Like silvers , grays and gunmetal shades. Can you imagine those shades in her formula ? Gorgeous. I do love the pinks. I did buy the nirvana palette too. I bought all 3. I don’t use purples and blues and greens all that often but when I do , these shades are unique and just stunning. An all over one color look? Beautiful !! Great video 😊

Totally agree with your comment, 100%. You NAILED it. It would be nice if she would teach us how to use this stuff 🤷‍♀️ But. I enjoy your videos- keep up the good work! I find it troublesome how there is so much talk on the price of PM products. Tom Ford is $88.00 for 4 eyeshadows and you get half the amount of product. 1 Chantecaille eyeshadow is $52 and 1 Natasha Denona eyeshadow is almost that and I’m having a hard time understanding why the price focus is on the PM. It’s curious to me.

Thanks hun. They are all equally expensive, but the Chanel palettes. They are RIDICULOUS. Around $800 per ounce.. in my last PM quad review, I broke down the math. I compared the CT, PM, TF, Chanel, and ND. I was shocked to learn TF is cheaper than ND & PM based on the amount you get. But, they are all expensive. Lol. I don't think I'll ever buy a Chanel palette though🙊🤷‍♀️😁 Here is the link. Check it out. Pretty interesting. And you're right. Out of all the Pat McGrath quads this is the one I will get most use out of💕BTW On my review I showed how to use the ChromaLux Hi-Liter cream on the eyelids, I have watched many fellow friends having some trouble, but there is a trick to it. Your application on the cheeks is perfect 😉I definitely think this last product was designed for those makeup artists that create editorial looks, much like Pat McGrath herself. Lovely job Tara! I love the PM pallets but I feel a matte should have been included in this pallet .. The looks you created are gorgeous as always.. And I love the colors of this PM pallet, just wish they had a matte in it ya kno? ** I did get some of the felt tip applicators by watching you and you giving that suggestion.. it’s a life changer for some of those types of shades that u need them for! Thanks for that suggestion in a previous video ☺️

These are beautiful. Used one of the big palettes yesterday & every time, amazed. Her special formula is so sophisticated. Wow factor. Prob not picking these up?.... I have some PM but look for what I want. Don't collect all. Those lite creams. Big no. From reviews, haven't seen them working great on eyes even. Smart, wet the felt tip! I bet that does help. I also always use Fyrinnae's Pixi Epoxy or Notoriously Morbid's shadow bind for these type of shades, or multichromes. Must have products for me.

I bought 2and 3 large palettes plus this pink quad which I absolutely love. So my color selection is different. I agree about the shiny glimmer product. It doesn’t work well at all on the eye from what I’ve seen, so I didn’t buy that.

I will keep saying, try those Marc Jacobs See-Quins Glam Glitter shadow pots. Truly divine. Eleven shades in total to choose from. I have them all, there's a few that stand out even more than the others. I've swatched everything I own that is like it, beside it. Nothing is even close to it. Seeking Alexandria has a review on them from last Fall, I saw it January of 2019, and she sold me on all of them. I'm going to link the video to anyone that loves these kinds of shadows pots. ♥️

Lorraine Bollin my two cents, Pat has better formula over all, But most of her shadows are not “everyday” for me. It’s a lot of shimmer, duo chrome etc etc.. which I can’t wear to the office. Natasha has lots to choose from in everyday neutral shades. Her Lilla which is great, is on sale on on Sephora for $99.

Their beautiful but I just cant spend $65 on 4 shades regardless how pretty they are. It's easy for me to splurge on complexion products but eyeshadows the most I've spent on a pallete is $65 like huda or the sunrise. You created beautiful looks!

Yesterday i finally ordered the lancome skin feels good !! I plan on using it with the georgio armani concealer and the ghost pallet !! Im so excited cause im all about the skin i very rarely even wear eyeshadow but for years i fell into the hype so i own tons!!

I buy from the Pat McGrath website when she runs a special. She has kits and great discounts periodically so well worth the wait on shipping for the average person who’s not in KZread. Lovely looks. On the other hand this was a disappointing buy for me. I can’t make the glitter not fall all over my face and they’re too much for me, Honestly, I have decided the only eye glitters I like (and use all the time) are the Chanel pots which are very nice and subtle - yes, subtle glitter. I don’t mind some glitter in highlighter (think Fenty diamond from last year) but I need to give up on Pat’s.

Because I focus WAY too much on those numbers and it drives me crazy 🤪🤪🤪 One day I'll post it, when it doesn't drive me crazy. Hehe. The sub count I found myself checking constantly how many I had, and I was losing focus 0n why I started my channel in the first place. I didn't start to be this big KZreadr. Lol. I started because I have passion for being honest, thorough, and to help women my age. 😁😉❤ The dislikes, ohhhh the dislikes. Nothing is worse than spending 9-17 hours filming, editing, uploading a video and getting dislikes. Even though I may have 1,000 likes...the 6 dislikes drives me crazy. I ask myself "What didn't they like, why are they disliking it" it's crazy town🤪🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ So, for my benefit, I hid myself from seeing it. Now I check my sub count maybe once a month (last I checked it was around 20k, but when I hid the sub count months and months ago I was at 6,000, so social blade shows that's how many subs I have). But i tell ya, ignorance is bliss. Now, I can focus on things that matter, and not numbers, stats etc. One day it won't matter to me and I'll start showing it again. But thanks for asking, I think it's important for you all to know why❤❤❤ And I hope I'm making sense. Hehe. I'm not the best multi tasker 🤪😁

Tara Lynn I think you’re wonderful and do a great job of explaining things and helping us. I was disgusted you put all this work into your videos and you had zero likes. I didn’t know you could turn those off? 😂 20 k is pretty good since you’re fairly new to the game. The dislikes are trolls no doubt?!?!!! People are often jealous of beautiful successful people so keep doing what your doing.
