Thank you, this is something that I did 8 years ago, I mainly enjoyed the challenge, working on this solo note by note, every day for more than a month, focusing on every phrase and playing it repetitively until I felt comfortable playing the whole solo smoothly.

This is exceptional... I actually transcribed the whole solo a week ago, took me a long time, but I can't even imagine how much time it would've cost to actually learn it as well! Amazing work, hats off

Bravissimo! Man that was some great jazz playing. Even if someone has the notation, it doesn't mean one can sound like a convincing jazz guitarist, but this absolutely sounds great. I'm jealous of your fluidity. I'm either going to go practice or turn my guitar into a new coffee table!

Just so you know,Pat Martino was not only a great musician but a fantastic human being. I met him at the Detroit Jazz Festival. 2018 if i remember right. He was a profoundly spiritual and gentle human being. You recreated the solo of one of my favorite Jazz musician of all times. Congratulations!

@@OriReuven There are some other very good young guitar players out there. Check out Jonathan Kreisberg who did some FANTASTIC stuff with Dr. Lonnie Smith and Dan Wilson who has done some great work with Joey DeFrancesco. Who are your favorite (living) guitar players?

@@calikali2420 Hi nowadays I am more into funk and blues players such as Matt Schofiled, Roben Ford( More of a Jazz blues player) I like the bland of Jazz and blues and less traditional jazz players, but Pat Martino was unique with his approach where everything is minor, something that I try to incorporate to my playing.

If he was good enough to record and tour with Miles and all the other heavyweights he's played with, then I'd say you have no room to criticize. Not to mention we don't even know if you can even play, let alone have the talent he has. If you just don't like that specific performance, then make that clear. Otherwise, you just look stupid.
