Just came across this sermon and wow! Nice to see young preachers so engaged in political happenings. They need to be. If not, then we are in the wilderness and the young people who are coming up today and not interested in the church will not realize how powerful Christianity is to social justice in our country. The Black Church has to be the voice for our ills...for our needs...for us!!! The past is truly evidence of my point. Preach on! This is not "hate speech" but rather BE AWARE SPEECH. Here it is a year and a half later and forty-five is someone we must...we must NOT LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN...VOTE...READ...WATCH FACT-BASED NEWS...AND LASTLY...SPEAK OUT...WE MUST ENGAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not saying you're wrong. Our actions do determine the outcome sometimes but God IS STILL IN CONTROL. God in ETERNITY knows what's going to happen before it does and in reality he knows best. I'm sorry but no man of God should cry or even feel sorrowful over this election. The JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH. Even if I vote for Hillary, if the electoral college vote for trump that is who is going to be president and that's what happened. In reality the scriptures must come to pass. I don't know if trump is the one who is going to take us into the end time but someone has too. I understand your view and pastor Sharpe view but as a Christian who trust God i just don't agree with some of that stuff he was saying at the beginning.

His context isn't to cry as a result of the election, per se. His point is to cry out your pain and anguish. Crying is therapeutic. His is an anointed Man of God!
