Wowww this was pure conviction! I’m 20 and lately I’ve been feeling the strange urge to fit in with others. I was taking pole dances classes and even planning to go out and party and BOTH of those things he spoke on! We gotta cling onto God yall, it’s okay to give up worldly pleasures, it will all be worth it

I’m in recovery, and we have a saying that says “God is either everything or nothing, may you find him today”. That’s life. That’s why this pastor gets a lot of hate, it’s all or nothing with him. He’s not claiming to be a saint but he is not cowering down to the truth of God.

Right, I have been hearing this too since I started listening to Pastor Jennings. It makes sense though because once we leave this life we are no longer physical beings but spiritual beings so we won't have those same feelings that we had while in the world. That's why salvation is truly a personal thing and when we commit ourselves to God then it becomes about him and spending eternity with him not about reuniting with our loved ones…

Well how did the rich man recognize father Abraham or lazarus when he was in hell ? and even ask father Abraham if he could send back Lazarus to his brothers to warn them about the afterlife, and father Abraham told the rich man his brothers had Moses and the prophets, if we don’t know each other in the afterlife, how could the rich man recognize them ?
