Dr Damina Abel is a blessing to our generation. He once said, there is no harmfulness in God. That God is our father and he wants us to see him as a father.

Very intelligent and civilised response! God bless him richly. We need more men of God like Pastor Abel.

I have waited for 20 years for a pastor from and in Nigeria to preach this real message of Christ and not dilute or twist and turn the message like we have heard from the prosperity gospel pastors.

I do not 100% agree with Abel Damina on everything but he is one of the very few Nigerian pastors that attempt to even teach the gospel and is not scared to call out false teachings of the so falled generals and fathers. Abel Damina is giving them chest pains lol. Nigerian teachers do not want to be held accountable for their teachings. They use "touch not my annoited" to silence criticism and turn dicernment into iniquity. Any preacher who is not ready to be scrutanised is a false teacher. This includes the so called "apostle" suleman, David Oyedepo, Paul Eneche, Daddy GO and David Ibiyeomie( Unapologetic on this point). Not only are they not ready to be scrutinised, they preach the false prosperity, health and wealth and word of faith gospel that will damn people. Gal 1:8-9 is very very very clear on warning anyone that tries to change/tweak/add / modernise and temper with the true gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. The bible is very clear that in the last days false teachers will creep in unawares. A true preacher of the gospel when faced with criticsm of their teaching uses the bible to defend it and when they are presented with clear evidence of mishandling the word of truth will repent. But the ones in Nigeria will start attacking and insulting your person and character and rendering threats and curses(Coughs in Ibiyeomie and Eneche). This shows that in actual fact they are not true christians. No one expects you to be perfect. But YOU MUST be willing to invite scrutiny and then be ready to repent of it if you are indeed being led by the Holy Spirit of God!

You are spot on! For example, how can Adeboye say a christian will not get to heaven if he/she dont pay tithe, and he has not apologised till today. Yet they expect us to respect false doctrines! May God save them

@@bellyink5810 True! I have tried to find videos of him repenting for saying such a thing! Even if you want people to pay tithe, to say that without paying it you would not go to heaven shows that either Mr Adeboye does not know what the gospel is or he knows it and is deliberatly lying to people due because of his greed. Either way is very bad because telling people to pay tithe as a requirement to make heaven is rubbishing the finished work of Christ for the forgiveness of sin.

Dr Abel Damina is raise for this moment. When he first talked about tithe years back; that tithe has nothing to do with blessings, a lot of prosperity pastors and their surrogates attacked him verbally. But today, we have all know the truth about tithe. All his teachings are grounded upon scriptures, unlike the prosperity pastors that always hide under "God says this" God says that" with no coherent scripture teachings. Every time anything about a pastor is discussed on social media, especially if its in a negative light, you will see some uninformed Christians coming in the comment section to quote the "touch not my anointed" slogan. I then keep on asking "who is not anointed"? They forget that the bible says that by virtue of our baptism in Christ, we are all kings, priests and prophets.

She isn't excited about the "gospel" per say but that someone is corroborating how she understands the "gospel". What most people don't get is that Abel Damina isn't saying what the guy on the street doesn't know. Listen to Gbile Akanni you'd understand. When Sunday Adelaja was doing something similar, I told people what he was doing wasn't gospel- and average blogger or person can do those.Little wonder Daddy freeze got followers as " pastor ". Even the devil can " preach " better by just accusing the brethren. Is Daddy freeze still preaching? Of course he never preached but pointed to obvious flaws that any logical person can see. From the first day I watched summer, I knew she was speaking from her bitter past NOT because she aims to make people more godly. Understand the difference. The gospel isn't about information but transformation. Ask yourself is Damina's preaching creating Christ-like believers or more rebels? He is just creating rebels to Nigerian-pastors not haters of unrighteousness. The same followers can be beguiled in another clime different from the styles of Adeboye or Suleiman.

It's thesame with other religion! In Islam they curse each other directly without remorse. All I know is God is omnipresent, omniscience and omnipotent come rain comes shine you must abstain from sin if you like cram the whole verses of the book offhead if you are a sinner surely you will be judged in the earth and as well in hell.

Any person that is well grounded in scriptures knows an entertainment when he sees one. He is not perturbed but he is responding to trivial issues?
