Pastel Painting Tips ~ Tiger. Part 1 Outline & Underdrawing. Narrated Tutorial using pastel pencils

In this video I share my Pastel Painting techniques and tips on how I draw / paint a Tiger using Pastel Pencils. Part 1 Outline and underdrawing. A Narrated Tutorial.
There is something about the tiger that is so magical and powerful... so strong but some relaxed and really centred in the present moment. It has been a complete joy to start this painting. I am giving the original away to help the fight against extinction. This work with be on an online auction this year, so if you would like to support a great cause and have the chance of buying on of my original... be sure to check the auction out. i will forward all details when they are avialble.

I'm still experimenting with the pitt pastels, great for fine detail. I use soft pastel occasionally but prefer the pencil to achieve the effect I'm searching for. 😊🙏

@@DavePortersArt oh that's good, you're so good at this, I'm watching your videos, I have pastel paper. And recently i watched your pastel portrait work, you do great and realistic portraits and i tried the same with pastel and it wasn't realistic like yours and Even if your video is fast, I watched it without stopping 😊😅
