    Actually, Medusa (made in 1981 by Bally) also had Zipper Flippers. They were unique in that: 1) Those zipper flippers were timed in that a certain amount of time between scores would open them up, allowing the ball to go through the spinner below them. 2) The zipper flippers were not above the drain, but instead above the lower playfield.
