Chapter 46 spoilers: Amaryalis[?] dk(don’t know) how to spell her name, is actually a puppet as her blood is green and her scars get removed by a blink. She’s not a human, but something apart of black magic. The correct prophecy was “there well be a child born With *BLACK HAIR* who well being fortune to this empire” but that fvcking “older saint” had k!lled the one who actually had that prophecy and claimed that he saw the prophecy and changed so many in it. And amaryalis is jealous of ashtarte, she doesn’t want her to have her brothers and says her brothers are the ones who protect her only her. (This btc (amarylis) fr testing us) anyways, this is the end for spoiling. I’m sorry if some words are incorrect, english is my second language so I try my best.

Me too. Until I got to a certain chapter where he says he got rid of the cloak bc it got dirty, as if that wasn’t why she was crying in the first place. (Bc she thinks she’s dirty)

@@n.a.t.6834 see the thing is even if that is true, he could have literally said ANYTHING else. It got torn, he set it somewhere and then lost it, he set it somewhere and it was stolen (although I could see why he didn’t do that one), but still. Here’s a good excuse “some cute {insert comparison to some animal} needed it” but no, he says about how it got filthy, despite having listened to her say, on the steps that day that the reason everyone hated her had to be because she was so filthy. Edit: and we all know it’s cliche for a lover/father/older brother to compare the person to an animal, but it would have still been much cuter. Like he could have called her a kitten, or hell he could’ve simply said he gave it to someone who needed it more than he did. The only reason I could imagine ANYONE saying that was if they were being an asshole, or the person just plain panicked. But the thing is, Noah isn’t a panicking person. He’s calm and ‘cool’ and he’s literally the second prince, you’re telling me that his older brother questioning on where a hood from YEARS AGO went? We have to remember these guys are royalty, they replace their clothes every fashion season. He could have just played it off “oh I don’t know. It’s been a few years” or have any of the excuses I explained above, but no he said it got filthy. I feel so sad thinking about it bc that little girl did absolutely nothing wrong, (self-fulfilling prophecy anyone? “a lonely child will burn down a village to feel it’s warmth”) and EVERYONE except one maid and a guard she didn’t get to see everyday, treated her like she was Hitler, except when you think about it, Hitler was treated better than she was, because he gave the Germans (false) reasons of why everything was going wrong. Literally, those girls had done absolutely nothing to lend the story of one or the other. But how much you wanna bet that Amaryllis isn’t even apart of the prophecy? Bc we know Ashtarte is not the destruction (unless it’s a good destruction but that’s another thing), so she’s not the darkness. So either Amaryllis is the darkness, or now as I’m typing it out and thinking it through, the darkness is a certain noble boy who has an extremely destructive power, who Ashtarte teleported to after saying a spell about taking her to her destiny/fate/whatever. And if we wanna talk about plot twist, what if Ashtarte isn’t either? What if the “light” is that blonde church kid, the one Amaryllis was supposed to show around? Sorry I got off track. Basically, there is a million and one reasons that he could’ve given where a single coat went, once his favorite coat or not, and you cannot convince me that he panicked and said the first thing that came to mind. You can’t, bc anyone knows if you’ve done something you’re not supposed to, if you don’t tell an adult figure or your friends yourself, you think of reasons, excuses, lies to cover your own ass bc kids don’t like getting in trouble.
