Police never ask for money but it's customary to pay them 500 or 1000 rs to make process comfortable and avoid unnecessary delays . After paying one must forget that he has ever paid something to anybody

SORRY to say but Police Officials are Vasooli ppl in the form of uniforms. The Police guy asked me for 500 rupees. I offered 100 but was not ready to accept, again offered 200 still he was not accepting. But finally, after negotiations somehome, he accepted 200. And he said don't need money via UPI as he need only Cash. The station is just less than a Km, but still he took 200. Only on papers, govt says no corruption but ground reality is different. Sir I have one question: jab mene apna fresh pasport issue karvaya tha tab mene apne 18 years complete nahi kiye the, but now i complete my 18 years last month so i need to update my passport from minor, otherwise it is valid for next 10 years.

I was uploading the document then refresh the page after that whenever I am trying to upload the documents it is showing that not allowed to upload more than 4 document so what should I do Or is there any problem if I do not upload my document

Here in Allahabad Up, You have to pay at least 1500 to 2000 to the police. Otherwise they will not proceed with your application.

In Assam there is no role of neighbours,,,we have to go to police station ,there they check all the school documents, pan card,voter id, adhar card,,voter list 1966.1997 and current list. ,,it's a two step verification first in local PS and then SP office,,, Or Aap verification se khush hoke 100/200 de v sakte hai😊😊

It has been almost a month and my Re-issue Passport Status is showing "Police Verification has been initiated and a request has been sent to , . A passport will be dispatched after a 'Clear' Police Verification Report is received. The applicant would receive an e-mail/SMS once the passport is dispatched." I haven't received any call from the police yet. The PSK and the RPO say the PV is still pending with the Police whereas the Police haven't called me yet or visited my place. What must I do?

My police verification was sent to local police on 27 June no police official came to my house on 20 July when I visited the local police station the officer tells me your verification should have happened long time back so he send the officer to my house and does my verification the officer who does my verification said it will take a week to send clear report to the passport authority today it's 9 August it's still happening If they need some thing they should ask me why keep my application on hold This system is so slow

I applied for passport fresh application in 5th feb 23, appointment is scheduled in 8th fed 23, after documents verification in passport seva kendra, called for police verification in 17th feb 23, in this day i sucessfully complete police verification, and in 22th feb 23 i received my own passport So to online application to passport receive it took 17 day only and appointment to passport receive it took 15 days
