Apart from other stuff, we need to pay some respect to the Chumash and Tongva people. The spirit is strong in the land for a reason. What is important is to celebrate the resurgence of interest in the Chumash culture .
3rd grade already had a field trip there! It was ivy academia
There was a movie Grandfather Semu Huaute was in with Peter Coyote which I can't remember the name of right now (it's been years since I've seen it)., But the man was unforgettable and so full of wisdom., I developed the deepest respect for him. If you can remind me of the scene called "The Mountain" in the film I would appreciate it very much~! God Bless you all out there please~!

"Out" or "The Deadly Drifter". Grandfather's scene is truly the best part. Maybe the only part worth watching? : ) I've queued it up for you to start at that scene : ) www.dailymotion.com/video/x2h2iko?start=2306
At 6:42, there are rock with holes in Samoa (Polynesia). Don't know what they were used for. Maybe for grinding food??

The holes in the rocks were actually star constellations and were also collected for rain water that would flow into a basket.

Please do not refer him as a chief. He is no where close to any elder or chief. He is a disgrace to our Chumash people and has disrespected our people so many times.

Um that’s not a Little Dipper. It was a work place for acorn. Not a religious spot. Come on man. To ground acorns they did that during the day not at night the woman. Wow you need some knowledge about how we Chumash did things that meeting Ap’a needed to be taller. I bet those people in the video donated too.Eee
Look how nice the mestizo native is to the white people
