We are facing problem with “will executors “ as they refuse to transfer the asset as per will . When selecting will executors is very important. Our solution is hiring lawyer to get back the property… but legal cost is incurred ., and the will executors can sell the land if the beneficiaries do not know they inheritance … human nature : greed !
Will is such an important thing which always get neglected, what a coincidence my company have just organize a seminar on this today. Really important knowledge, and another thing is Letter Power of Attorney, which only have in Singapore but not in Malaysia. Thanks for the great content as always.

We need a ten part series on this...starting with monies in the banks and properties.Was hoping some elected lawmakers would have designed a basic plan for the Rakyat, but nothing happened
Always do a Will and the grant of probate (GOP) is king after u passed away … ur kids will thank u. U will need the GOP to closed bank account, to close fds , etc

@@iherng Hi is there a reason Why YOU allowed your Lawyer Guest to only use her Personal email for Official Work Over her email at Law Firm ? No Disrespect But nowadays lots of Scammers & Estate Planning is not something you discuss with Unverified Strangers…
Its expensive to get a lawyer to draft a will Perhaps. We need to have a better charging fees to limit how much lawyers can charge.
