I agree. I remember my first trip to Thailand and falling asleep to the chanting from the nearby temple. It was in Chiang Mai, 2013. Spent a lot of time at temples there, including Wat Phra That Doi Suthep and Wat Chedi Luang and others. On another trip to Cambodia, spent lots of time at temples again. I went for Refuge in the Triple Gem and the Five Precept at a Theravada temple. At peace being Buddhist. ☸️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I am a hindu ..if listen to this manthra 2 years back... but now once i discover more about thai amulet and some intro especially when i started to wear Luang phuor thuat amulet for protection it attracts me more to listen to this itipiso manthra... something great feeling and i feel more and more secured from bad evil /black magic and even smooth and harmoniois relationship with my working place environment... even some jelous and type of people who used to condem and make me down now became my best friend and no enemy at working place..

Although I am a Greek I am not an Orthodox Christian...I have found jewels and precious stones in many religious traditions like the Vedas, the Ancient Greek religion, in Kabbalah, in Taoism, in Hinduism , in Latin America's shamanism, in Buddhism etc etc I do not follow a religion...I am just practicing Zazen ( Soto zen) for many years, whitnessing the unseen Reality...

itipi so = he is bhagava= most fortunate because have the biggest storage of merits done in past lives arahan = convinient to be worshipped for get merit by all animals , humans , gods and high gods . and also havent done any sin any day samma sambuddho= has realized every thing that should be realized ,has eliminated all that should be eliminated has developed all things that should be developed without a help of any teacher. vijjacharana sampanno= who can perform any miracle . who have fully developed spiritual abilities to levitate, walk on water , read others minds , recall past lives, do anything abnormal etc.. sugatho= have extremely pleasant apperance , speech and ideas lokavidu = knows everything about universe anuttaro purisadhamma sarathi = who guide bad / stupid people to the good path and train them to attain enlightenment sattha devamanussanan = greatest prophet and teacher of both men and gods buddho= the person who realized four noble truths and make others also realize bhagava= the meritorious one understand the meaning and analyze from mind

I am Hindu.. But this chant Is really holy and energetic.😊🙏🏻

Recently turned toward Buddhism an man this stuff is powerful. I've spent my 21yrs as a bit of a hermit burdened by the overwhelming negative energy of my family. It would seem I'm extremely sensitive to the stuff so this is great!!!

The beautiful temple illustrating this is Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat (Wat Yai), Phitsanulok, Thailand.

One of my favorite chants. It makes me feel free. I just love how peaceful it is. When i was the woman in white, i chanted this with my grandmother 108 times. She says its a chant of living longer. I think?

@@arhanraakesh8052 it is quite simple to contemplate the meaning of living longer, regular chanting such as this with the understanding its essence makes one calm and peaceful. Keeping in such equilibrium on a daily basis actually is good for one's health leading to the well being of a person vs one that is always stressful, quarrelsome and unhappy.

Tuy vậy, trong bài kinh Dhajaggasutta, Đức Phật dạy niệm 9 Ân đức Phật Bảo như sau: “Itipi so Bhagavā Arahaṃ, Sammāsambuddho, Vijjācaraṇasampanno, Sugato, Lokavidū, Anuttaro purisadammasāratthi, Satthādevamanussānaṃ, Buddho, Bhagavā” Ý NGHĨA 9 ÂN ĐỨC PHẬT 1) Arahaṃ: Đức Arahán là Bậc cao thượng có thân khẩu ý hoàn toàn trong sạch và thanh tịnh, xứng đáng thọ nhận sự lễ bái cúng dường của chư thiên, phạm thiên và nhân loại. 2) Sammāsambuddho: Đức Chánh Đẳng Giác là Bậc tự mình chứng ngộ chân lý Tứ Thánh Đế, chứng đắc 4 Thánh Đạo - 4 Thánh Quả và Niết Bàn, diệt đoạn tuyệt mọi phiền não, mọi tham ái, mọi ác pháp không còn dư sót, đầu tiên trong toàn cõi thế giới chúng sinh; đặc biệt diệt được mọi tiền khiên tật, trở thành Đức Phật Chánh Đẳng Giác, độc nhất vô nhị. 3) Vijācaraṇasampanno: Đức Minh Hạnh Túc là Bậc có đầy đủ Tam Minh, Bát Minh và 15 Đức Hạnh cao thượng. 4) Sugato: Đức Thiện Ngôn là Bậc thuyết pháp chân lý đem lại lợi ích thật sự cho chúng sinh. 5) Lokavidū: Đức Thông Suốt Tam Giới là Bậc thấy rõ, biết rõ chúng sinh thế giới, cõi thế giới, pháp hành thế giới. 6) Anuttaro purisadammasārathi: Đức Vô Thượng giáo hóa chúng sinh là Bậc giáo huấn chúng sinh cải tà quy chánh, cải ác làm thiện, từ hạng phàm nhân lên bậc Thánh Nhân. 7) Satthādevamanussānam: Đức Thiên Nhân Sư là Bậc Thầy của chư thiên, chư phạm thiên, nhân loại… 8) Buddho: Đức Phật là Bậc tự mình chứng ngộ chân lý Tứ Thánh Đế, chứng đắc 4 Thánh Đạo - 4 Thánh Quả và Niết Bàn đầu tiên trong toàn cõi thế giới chúng sinh, trở thành Đức Phật Chánh Đẳng Giác độc nhất vô nhị, rồi Ngài thuyết pháp giáo huấn chúng sinh có duyên lành cũng chứng ngộ chân lý Tứ Thánh Đế y theo Ngài (cũng chứng đắc 4 Thánh Đạo - 4 Thánh Quả và Niết Bàn tùy theo năng lực ba-la-mật và hạnh nguyện của mỗi chúng sinh). 9) Bhagavā: Đức Thế Tôn là Bậc có 6 Ân đức đặc biệt do đầy đủ trọn vẹn 30 pháp hạnh ba-la-mật của Ngài. suu tầm

In Thai, the above chanting is called BUDDHAGUNA and in English, it is called SALUTATION TO THE BUDDHA. Chanting is just a chanting what you need is to understand what the meaning of it. Chanting might bring happiness to you and other beings but without having Good Sila + Dana Paramita, you wont get anywhere good.

Read this Itipiso katha as many as your age + 1 for fulfilling your wishes.. Example if I am 35 years old, then I should read 36 times.. My Monk told me that it also can cures sickness.. but just choose to see doctor if u are sick, in the first place :)

It is from MN 12 sutta found in the Majjima Nikaya, Middle Length Discourses of The Buddha. "To see the Dhamma is to see the Buddha." Please see the teachings of Ven. Punnaji Mahathera. He makes the teachings of the Buddha very clear and understandable without all the cultural baggage. The gift of dhamma is the greatest gift!
