Wow, my strategy is the same as this one in every way, except that I for internal to external on Daily timeframe. For some reason it makes more sense to me, but I have heard the mmxm trader say, that external to internal is easier, and internal to external requires more bias (if price is actually going to reverse from the internal or just keep going lower). I will give External to internal a try!
