been listening to Coke Studio for around 10 years and its been such a musical journey. Pasoori is good but my favourite of this season was Thagyan just for the uniqueness of the vocals

'Kanna Yaari', from Coke Studio again, is a beautiful blend of folk music and new school music. You'll absolutely love it. Please give it a try.

I wish all music had more substance like this and no nakedness or sex. See real work doesn’t need any other negative attraction to be viral. This music is that! Kudos to these guys!

First time watching your video, just wanted to comment with a little context to the song. It's a song about two lovers, separated by the evils of society and just can't take it anymore and want to break free. So it's quite an empowering song, the powerful vocals of Ali Sethi and Shae Gill do so much justice to the feel and mood of the song.

All the songs from this season's Coke Studio are 10/10..u should react to all of them.

Background: 1. Coke studio was launch 14 years ago as a musical Fusion experimental platform in Pakistan. 2. All the songs are recorded live, no retakes, so what you see is the song performance captured by different camera angles. 3. Ali Sethi the male singer in the song is an established/ known singer, while this is Shae Gills first proper song, you can notice that she was a bit shy, and at moments herself overwhelmed during singing. Before this she used to post homemade musical covers on her insta. 4. 'ARIJIT SINGH' Probably you haven't heard of a bollywood singer named Arijit Singh. Even Ali Sethi admires him. He is king romantic song. His voice is soothing, healing, melting hearts. Tilting towards sadness, yet extremely satisfying. Here are few suggestions. 1) Laak Ishq from movie Ramleela 2) Aayat from Bajirao Mastani 3) Bint-e-dil from Padmavat.
