Cebu's Festival of Festivals
Celebrated ever August. The Pasigarbo sa Sugbo was spearheaded by Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia, in which the Festival itself promotes the Festivals all aorund the Province of Cebu. It is held at the Cebu City Sports Complex and participated by Municipalities and component cities in the Province.

This festival should be continued no matter who wins in the election kay mo promote ni siya sa mga lungsod ug ciudad other than Cebu City which has the Sinulog Festival.
