파스텔 마시멜로우 만들기 : Pastel Marshmallow Recipe

사랑스러운 솜사탕 느낌의 파스텔 마시멜로를 만들었어요~
이번엔 달걀흰자를 이용해 만들어 봤는데 달걀을 넣으니 더 부드러운 느낌이 나고 폭신함도 좋은 것 같아요~
칼로 자를 때도 덜 달라붙고 잘 잘리더라구요~
파스텔하면 생각나는 기본적인 색 4가지를 층층히 쌓아 굳혔는데 무지개떡 같기도 하네요~ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
모양은 다양하게 자르면 되는데 긴 직사각형 모양으로 자르니 더 사랑스러운 느낌이 나는 것 같아요~
색감이 예뻐서 보고만 있어도 기분이 좋아지는 것 같아요~

▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 12cm
▶재료
판젤라틴 18g
설탕 250g
물엿 50g
물 100g
달걀흰자 2개
식용색소 (빨강,노랑,파랑,흰색)
옥수수전분
▶레시피
1. 차가운 물에 판젤라틴을 넣고 불린다.
2. 냄비에 설탕, 물엿, 물을 넣고 끓이고 끓어 오르기 시작하면 달걀흰자를 휘핑한다.
3. 시럽이 걸쭉해지고 머랭이 올라오기 시작하면 시럽을 부으며 풍성해지도록 휘핑한다.
4. 판젤라틴의 물기를 제거하고 전자레인지에 30초 정도 돌려 완전히 녹여 넣고 저속으로 휘핑해 섞는다.
5. 반죽을 4개로 나누고 3곳에는 식용색소를 넣어 색을 낸다.
6. 밑면에 랩을 붙인 12cm 정사각 틀에 옥수수전분을 뿌린 뒤 마시멜로 반죽을 색별로 층층히 넣는다.
7. 냉장실에서 1시간 30분 정도 굳힌 뒤 옥수수전분을 뿌려 틀에서 제거하고 식용유를 바르고 옥수수전분을 묻힌 칼로 자른다.

18g Gelatin
250g Sugar
50g Starch syrup
100g Water
2 Egg whites
Food coloring (red, yellow, blue, white)
Corn starch

@@kaykeunil I looked it up on Amazon after watching this last night and you can get sets of food coloring that have white, black *and* brown. It's not even chocolate flavored!

the concept of gelatin is so weird to me. sheets of plastic-looking things that you soften in water and then melt and then mix into stuff and it makes them boing? fascinating.

OMG first time I've ever made marshmallows and it turned out sooo good! I can't believe it 😱 I didn't layer it neatly though I kinda slapdash all the colours. Mine looks like a 4 colours jumbled into one another, really pretty 😍 thanks for the recipe
