@@cheezewiz227 the skits themselves are a play on abstract surrealist films, except he makes it really clear that(in character) he has no idea what hes doing and always fucks up the audio or contrast or other such beginner mistakes, his skin is often bright red from the high contrast and in the mountain skit the wind was constantly fucking up his audio. hes playing a rich guy that pretends to be a creative genius but has no filmmaking skill just like. money to order people to be in his shitty little cream pictures. its awesome. that or hes genuinely trying to mock surrealist films and just so happens to have no idea what hes doing, but i like that less, its really easy to punch down at art you dont understand, but pretending to be a moron takes work.

I mean, with AEW's relationship with other companies (especially NJPW), it was pretty much guaranteed that Danielson would be AEW bound. When the heck is Reynolds being married and expecting a child gonna be addressed in the bit. They canonically mentioned it on BTE so it's part of the lore. makes no sense Leva would ignore that

I got a chuckle out of Don saying, "Flair said if you don't put him over he'll quit. ... oh wait." It feels like he's been a part of The Elite for a long time because his character fits in so well with them but seeing them all hang out like that gave me a sorta wholesome vibe. I feel weird saying it but it's true. There's so much put into every episode and while I only started watching with the creation of AEW and the more skit-based BTE I'm really enjoying the more vlog style lately too. Thank you to everyone who makes this happen.
