- 1/4 Tsp Ginger

- 1 Tbsp Roasted Chickpea (Phutnan Dal)

- 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 Cup Coriander
- 3/4 Cup Mint Leaves
- Small Lemon
- 2 Tbsp Yoghurt
- 1 Ice Cube
- Salt
CHICKEN KABAB:
- 450 gm Boneless Chicken
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 & 1/2 Tsp Chicken Masala
- 2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 2 Tbsp Mint Leaves
- 2 Tbsp Coriander
- Salt
KIBBEH:
Stuffing:
- 250 gm Mutton
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Big Onion
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tsp Meat Masala
- Salt
- 2-3 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
Cover:
- 150 gm Broken Wheat (Dalia)
- 250 gm Minced Mutton
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Meat Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 Tsp Mint Powder
- Salt

Mam would u suggest this model or the one with blender alone… i want to know if it is any slower? Because this model only has 6 speed setting…

Hello, both are 1400 watt stand mixer, hence the maximum speed will be same. However, one with more speed levels will give you more intervals. So I think you can look at other features/aspects to choose the one suits you.

is the stand mixer durable like kitchen aid, is the meat mincer attachment and its parts steel?

Hello, yes the stand mixer is durable but cannot compare it with Kitchen Aid as the Kitchen Aid Stand mixer has metal body. Whereas, this one is made of plastic. The mincer is made of aluminium but the top tray is steel

Agaro is nothing. This product is china imported Mixer. It comes in approx ₹5000 from Ali Baba online shopping platform. Most LoL thing is that even a single screw you can't buy in India for this model. Making us just fool.
