I think you should speak to a Portuguese lawyer regarding this. Search Nuno Pinto Silva (the most renowned lawyer of Portugal) can assist you with student visa counselling. Email him. Hope that would resolve your issue and you will get some exact information.

@@IndigoPodcasts একটা তথ্য জানতে চাচ্ছিলাম-রেসিডেন্ট কার্ড পেতে ২ বছর লেগে যায় সেক্ষেত্রে আমি যেটা জানতে পেরেছি পর্তুগালে লিগ্যালি গিয়ে কলেজ/ইউনিভার্সিটিতে মাস্টার্স এর এডমিশন নিলে ৩ -৪ মাসে রেসিডেন্ট কার্ড পাওয়া যায় এবং কার্ড হওয়ার পর কলেজ এডমিশন ক্যন্সেল করে পার্মানেন্ট জবে এ গিয়ে পরবর্তীতে সময় হলে কার্ড রিনিউ করা যাবে। তথ্যটি সঠিক কিনা জানতে পারলে উপকৃত হব।ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে।

You can learn after you come to Portugal. Everything takes time so no need to rush.

ভাইয়া, বৈধ ভাবে সেনজেন এসে তার পর পতুগালে এসে,, কাড নিতে হলে,, চাকরি করা কি দরকার?? দেশ থেকে টাকা নিয়ে যদি নিজের খরচ বহন করি এবং ট্যাক্স দেই তাহলে কি কাড পাওয়া যাবে?????

You have to pay tax. Tax is either paid through job or business. You can stay here with your own money but how SEF will know that you are working? Moreover, with a Schengen visa you can max stay 3 months legally. You will not receive card in that way.

আগে সুইডেন যান তারপর পর্তুগাল বা ফ্রান্স যাওয়ার চিন্তা কইরেন ভাই। সুইডেন আসতে পারলে সব যায়গায় ই যাইতে পারবেন।

yes I live in Portugal that is why I have posted these videos. To get PR first you have to have 2 cards, one is the 2 year card and second one is the 3 years card total 5 years card then direct passport (no PR). Now every month you have to pay tax as long as you pass all the time. Based on min salary the tax is 264.10 euro but this is going to increase fron Jan 2024 since the basic salary is going to be 820 euro. Regarding the matter of residing in other country and paying tax from Portugal is itself an illigal thing to do so I am not going to advise anything about it. Thanks
