@Laiba Synapse is a Junctional region between different neurons. Synapse have three things 1. Presynaptic membrane 2. Synaptic cleft ( it is the gape situated between two different neuron) 3. Postsynaptic membrane Synapse classification- 1. Anatomical synapse may four type a. Axo-dendric b. Axo-axonic C. Axo-somatic d. Dendro-dendric 2. According to the Function synapse may three type a. Chemical synapse b. Electrical synapse c. Conjoint synapse(electrical + chemical) 3. According to numbers of neurons involve a. One- one b. One- many C. Many- one
