He is the best teacher ever, I love to study with his videos more than college. His videos are enough to cover any syllabus related to law. Within 3hrs I covered the syllabus of whole semester without any doubt 🥰

There was already a partition in the family about which the 4 females were unaware and got partition done under injunction case, with compro. decree as tool for partition with many persons mouth open in front drafter advocate listening of dominatorsmaking coercioned person at plaintiffs place with not making person the meaning of plaintiff but signatures taken... undue influence with absence of brother, whose P. O. Attorney given to his mother to take care of his property was submitted with no information or intimation to him about partition but misused resulting in distribution of his properties amongst his sisters during the law when in 1991, daughters not entitled to be coparceners in partition.

Sir, one question - my father and his elder brother started a family business a shop 20 years ago. I am doing my own job and not actively involved in the business. My father died recently without any will. My uncle is not ready to do partition of common wealth. One basic question can my widowed mother, i and my sister still claim legal part in the family business which my father was part of ? My uncle and his son’s primary source of income is that business.
