You didn’t think about it at the time but chopping off your legs might have reduced your calorie requirements, but it also stopped you from being able to work to bring in your income. Debt to GDP goes up if you cut costs resulting in reduced GDP, despite the spending going down.

If you want a good like a good good leader of a country put someone who knows the country and its stuggles likes actually knows it and also knows the countries benefits and put them in power. Overall power is always dangerous. It attracts the worst Corrupts the best at times And its only given to those who are low enough to pick it up. Also inflation may have changed yes but why is my milk still £3 not £1.20 and my local pub still charges nearly £6 for a pint of OPA

The labour and other parties are using legal immigration as scapegoat to get into office. And would have to increase it to maintain those professional jobs. For example, tons of UK native teachers burnt out where foreigners have to pick up the slack for small wages and produce excellent grades at GCSE. So he is not really making sense. I saw Wales booming in businesses with plenty new malls going up daily in 2023. Also tons of tourists spending their money into UK and leaving after.
