How do you store them

For how long I have to boil the sugar mixture, until 300? 5 min, 10min, 20 min ,1 hr 😄

It depends on your heat. It can be anywhere between 15-30 min just put on medium heat until you reach close to 300 then turn off

Sugar and honey (and maybe isomalt) are humectants…they pull moisture from the air. You would need to store them in a container that is completely air tight, also adding a food safe desiccant packet. Any moisture they’re exposed to will have that effect. We have made our own dessicant packets from coffee filters and the unscented crystal cat litter (can’t remember the name of it right now, but that’s a way to buy it for much less money). Do a search for survivalist videos and long term storage of food items, here on youtube. You should be able to find it easily. Hope this helps. 😊
