This would be sweet to do to an old radial arm saw, so you can control all of the up/down, feed in/out, bevel, etc. perhaps make the table able to move also. I’d love to just modify the one I have that can adjust the feed forward and back as I want to convert it into a water cooled rock saw someday.

I think the major drawback of a CNC circular saw is "is it worth it?", Cutting stock manually is much faster than setting up a cnc program, then fixing stock down, zeroing, and dealing with waste is more expensive time and money wise. A really smart move would be automating end stops and rails on a normal table saw, like in semi-automatic sheet metal bending machines, a worker pushes stock without measuring, the end stops move in the back to stop the worker in the correct place

I think most of the value added is safety! but I agree with you it should be semi-auto automatic saw as well as lever stop and an auto clamping. so you can put the thickness of the material and the size of the cut and degree of the cut and just push to the end it will grab it and pass the cut and it is much safer saw!

that's great. Can you teach me, how to add circular saw as cutting tool in aspire or any CAD program ?

Gooooood!!! It would be better to add a limit switch on the circular saw for your safety.
