Thank you so much. The sewing I can generally handle, but the hat and shoe making - well this was quite an experience. I'm definitely keeping this tutorial as a reference. I really appreciate the patterns, and all the work and details you have provided. Thanks again.

That was great Linda - looked a little tedious, but doable! You are a doll to do this for us. Never understood how to make the hat or shoes!

Hi girls, I am loving every bit of what you all are doing, I am a newbie at this. I asked for a Blythe doll for Christmas so I could sew outfits for her to sell as I am a domestic engineer lol. Well I saw some of your videos and fell in love with the idea of finding and restoring dolls, So far I found a few, Crissy,Velvet, a knock off revlon doll has bad eyes. a tiny tears with a cracked arm, a 21 in. Harriet Hubbard Ayers doll with a loose leg and bad cut hair and a composition doll 24 in. bad eyes, clean body though that I don't know who she is. Do you know where can I get wigs and eyes etc.? Also to get me generating funds to fix them who would be a popular doll that I could sew for as I can sew ;D or do we just want original outfits for them ? Oh and how I love the Mid Ohio History doll museum tour. My children are like mom how did this doll thing happen? ROFL I am hooked went to our Antique store that's where I found the 24 in comp doll for ready.... 8.00 and the cracked arm tiny tears for 2.00. Woo hoo!!! Thank you again girls any info from anyone is appreciated. ( :

I can't really see what's going on. 1/2 inch of what? I just discovered she is making a hat. The thumbnail implies this is about shoes.
