Liryc Lewis as a person of such stature or wealth, any crime can be acquitted with the right payment. Their parents possibly informed them to give up when they got the right amount of money and they realize now that it was wrong. Once an allegation is made, look into it and don't go victim blaming because of the past.

Johny Bipo Well the documentary was far from factual 😩 I suggest you go and look into the victims. Especially wade. You’ll be very surprised by that you find . One documentary that is blatantly biased accusing a dead man who cannot defend himself isn’t convincing enough for me to make a judgment and say Michael is a pedo. Its not factual nor is it logical. But it was very calculated on their part. The man was stripped searched , investigated for 10 years by the FBI, investigated by child protection services and trialed by the court of law in which wade said under oath that Michael never did anything to him. That’s only the beginning. I think people are so quick to believe these things because of Michaels image . He was indeed a very powerful man and I’m sure many people did not like that either.

I appreciate you ladies for really taking the time to look at all sides of the story. Loni spoke truth, you need to back to the FBI investigations, the evidence, everything they tried to pin against MJ, and how they found nothing in 1993 and 2005. The documentary is insanely one-sided, and the fact that some people are jumping on the bandwagon of "Cancel MJ" without really doing their research speaks volumes of today's society.

I interview children regarding sexual abuse and kids can go years saying that nothing happened, and then disclose with evidence to support that disclosure. There have been fathers abusing their children’s friends without the father’s child knowing. It’s very easy to misinform people about Michael Jackson today because 1. People may not remember all of what happened during the trials or 2. Some people were too young to even know what was going on for example me. In 2005 I was 9, I wasn’t paying Michael Jackson no mind. So all that to say it’s easy to persuade people into believing what’s happening now when a lot of people don’t know or remember what happened over 10 years ago. So Loni made a great point on looking at the trial he had in 2005.

This situation seems very opportunistic to me. First he said that he wasn't a victim back in 2003 and now that Michael has been dead for 10 years, all of a sudden he changed his story? I'm sorry but I am going to take this with a grain of salt. America has always been known as the land of opportunities and with that clearly comes opportunistic people. The man cannot even defend himself at this point. What exactly are they hoping to accomplish with this?

So many people are acting like they knew Michael Jackson personally and his character. Unfortunately, we do not. We have no way of knowing what is or isn't true because we weren't there. But please don't be so quick to refute the accusations. I suggest researching how sexual assault victims behave. A lot of the accused's actions aren't necessarily out of the ordinary. Also, sleeping with children who are not your own? That's straight up weird. And it is unwise judgement to dismiss it as "That's just Michael." Either way, there are inconsistencies on both sides. We'll never truly know what happened. But Jeannie is right, this could help SA survivors.

It saddens me that Adrienne instantly questions their validity by wanting to know if they were compensated- yet didn’t wonder the same for the R.Kelly’s victims? It also saddens me that so many bright, flashing, red signs alarming of Michael Jackson’s behavior are so easily looked over because “he just wasn’t like that.” It’s a classic case of it being hard to believe someone you love could do something so wrong. Just because it’s hard to believe, doesn’t mean it’s not true. I hope that they aren’t lying, and if they are that’s disgusting beyond belief. But I expected you ladies (except Jeannie) to be more open-minded about it and the possibility of it being true. Loni and Adrienne (my two favorites) just seemed to so one-sided.

Personally I think the accusers stories don’t add up and their claims are inconsistent which is why I don’t believe them. I think they want money and there’s a lot of reasoning as to why I think that. At the end of the day, Anyone that knew Michael says he was smart but childlike and had a naivety about him. Michael knew people thought the worst about him sleeping in the same bed as the children, but he didn’t understand why people automatically assumed it was of ill-intent. I feel like in some ways he never grew up, so he’d do things like water balloon fights, sleepovers, etc. which in our minds we automatically think why would he do that, but I think that was him compensating for missing out on those things as a child. I believe the only thing he’s guilty of his putting himself in the position to be accused of something like this. People aren’t just writing it off as he couldn’t have done it because he’s MJ (at least not all of us) but because the accusers got shady stuff going on that should be hard for people to ignore but they do it anyway because “I watched the documentary and it seemed very believable so I think MJ sexually abused them.” People are taking this documentary at face value and it’s not fair to Michael as he isn’t hear to defend himself so his only defense really is people actually looking at the facts to come to and informed conclusion. Nor should ppl automatically believe MJ. After doing my research, I’m convinced MJ is innocent.

"I wanna blame the MOTHERS!!!" "I want to know if their was compensation" "He had a monkey, he didn't have a childhood, he had giraffes, he was Michael" all these excuses, one after another, for a man in a bed , documented for over 15 yrs in the public eye...Loni & Adrienne, like so many are having cognitive dissonance. I grew up loving him, how could it be? It just can't be. Not Michael Jackson. It's because of so many people thinking the same way, wanting to turn a blind eye and continue making excuses for him that this ever happened at all. SOCIETY PUTTING PEOPLE ON PEDESTALS as if they are golden. We are all the same. The saddest thing with this whole thing is people would rather not feel like an idiot about being a fan and feeling duped for believing he was good than put themselves in THE VICTIMS positions and having true compassion for them, for being manipulated by that person we thought was good. Instead it's one rebuttal after the next. Like a trial. Look into their eyes girls. Eyes tell the story to the soul and all you have to do is look into these mens eyes when they tell their story and you know who is telling the truth. Just like you knew the girls' truth in the Rkelly doc. Michael was more precious and caring than Rkelly, so i wanna know if there was compensation. Cmon now. The message is clear in this conversation from Jeannie. BE SENSITIVE! We are strong. People that we never expect are monsters and the only way to grow is live through the truth strong together, not tread lightly with blinders on.

SAY MICHAEL! SAY ARGENTO! SAY LOVE I am not a MJ fan. I grew up with him but I always loved his sister’s music more than his. I never owned any of his music, not even the thriller album when it came out, nor do I now. So many people like to blame his defenders like you have, citing cognitive dissonance, blind love for the star, etc. I don’t know a single thinking human being who would throw a true CSA survivor under the rug in defense of their “idol”. Do you?? I can say hands down, I am not blinded by any adoration for Michael Jackson. I got a healthy curiosity about his guilt/innocence about 5 yrs ago. It started with a KZread search and by accident it turned into a rabbit hole that’s lasted 5 years. I read 7,000 pages of the ‘05 trial transcripts. I visited a popular hater site and soaked up as much as I could. I wanted the TRUTH. I had nothing to lose since he’s never been a person of interest to me. I can tell you that in my heart of hearts, after thousands of hours of research and video consumption, I fully believe he never ever harmed any child. You say you could see it in the eyes of wade and James. Are you aware of all the lies that have been uncovered to date? Their eyes are lying. If you watch the film again with an intellectual eye rather than an emotional one, you’ll see all the BS revealed right there WITHIN THE FILM. They say how MJ wanted to separate them from their parents, then show a vid of MJ to wade and he says to make sure to spend time with your parents/mother. I mean, these inconsistencies are constant in the film. They pretend MJ was seeking them out, then Wade’s own mother comes out and says things were different when they came to the states. They didn’t even see MJ for two weeks after they arrived. She told a story that it became obvious if anything was going to happen for wade, it was up to her. She called around and called around trying to reach MJ. Left messages with various people in MJs camp, etc. I mean, you can’t make this crap up. It is ALL right there in the film. Contradictions on every turn. Not to mention they all have depositions available to the public that completely contradict all the stuff they said 8n the film. Such a joke to be honest. I hope you’ll reconsider your stance. When you’ve put in the hours I have, you’ll look at people such as yourself and think, what a tragedy that there are still people who think he is guilty and how it clearly has nothing at all to do with cognitive dissonance or idolatry. It’s research and facts. Maybe someday you’ll afford yourself the time to really dig deep into the cases.

I think Lonnie is saying that if this stuff was happening don't you think the kids would know because they were consistently with their father or around their dad? I think what Lonnie is saying is let's say he indeed had sleepovers with these boys those other kids were there they would have saw something they would have heard something they would have felt something, which means, HOPEFULLY they would have said something. And I also agree with what Lonnie had said she wasn't there so she doesn't know.. why is this documentary coming out after he's dead and gone ,and it's just very messed up that being an Entertainer or in the entertainment business when something comes out bad you have the public scrutinizing you without facts .this is a one-sided documentary and of course tons of people are going to believe these little kids that are no men.. it's sad of course you want to believe something like this but it's very hard for a lot of people in a lot of his fans because again people will do anything to get in the spotlight they will do anything for a buck it's very difficult. I feel like this day and age, we have thrown away pure common sense and celebrity worship is real clearly. I will never just sweep a grown man sleeping in the bed with kids and having sleepovers as " That's just Mike". No! Its unacceptable and inappropriate. That is problematic and it is the reason that he had room to be inappropriate with children for so many years. WE allowed it. The same manipulation those kids were under, is the same spell that most of the fans are under. If we placed the details of what we know about Mike on anyone else, we would be calling for justice. People all over the world don't have a childhood and I would be leary of any man or woman that says they want kids in their bed. Bottom line is NOBODY knows Mike except those who were around him. All we know of him and every other celebrity is they image. It is not normal. Whether you believe the guys or not, something was not right at all about his relationship with kids period. People keep saying they testified. Are we going to act like, regular everyday people never tell on their abusers, until the person dies or when they get enough therapy to get through the trauma? People can change their story everyday, Latoya did.... just sayin

I'm also disgusted that people are discussing a dead man's personal life that has been largely fabricated by opportunitst like Wade for money. He was rejected a dance job and used it as anger towards the estate to make money. He tried to write a book no one would publish it. He keeps changing his stories and once upon a time he wanted to take part in Michael Jackson's tribute shows in 2009 & 2010. The guy his dead just let him rest. Let the good for young. The media and the false accusers who have proven to have lied for money should be very very ashamed of themselves. The truth is slowly coming out and people will start realising soon.

Just like it took Jeannie until she was 30 to admit it, it could be the case for these men now. They are finally ready. And the fact that he’s dead has no bearing on whether these men get to tell their story. It’s THEIR story to tell. Period.

Im talking abt Wade, his story changes & shows up in the media everytime he looses a gig or is short of money. Even his psychologist don't believe him, who Wade went to weeks before making the 1st allegation in 2011 infront of a camera for money, but not the psychologist, who said he suffered depression from work related issues, which happened a few years earlier, they never suspected child molestation or physical assault at all. He was a showbiz child & testified in MJ's defense against Arvizo in the 2003 allegations & 2005-2006 trial, he was a young adult nearing mid-20s at the time...He also made a lot of claims in 2011/2014 his testimony against the Jackson estate, but also public that was proven false. Now he claims he lied under oath & that he even fooled his own family, he's not a reliable source, what seems more likely: that he lied and fooled his own family under oath at 23, or now when he changes his story multiple times, is a proven liar, tried to drop a book (which no one wanted) and sue the estate when he couldn't Choreograph for circus DE soleil in 2010 (which is a tribute show for mj) also has a history of depression connected to his work in the biz, and the fact that Mj is dead and can't refute any claims publicly or in court and the fact that it's mj 10th death anniversary so the media focus and fan attention would be greater than it's ever been or will be & the fact that Janet Jackson was dropping a new album.... To be a sexual abuse victim, but totally disregard the mental health of MJ's 3 children, who they knew, specially considering Paris Jackson was sexually abused by a stranger, why would they be so inconsiderate a promote a public lynching instead of telling their families in private and sue in private, wait they did, and the case was thrown out of court bc they lied...So they tried this instead for money/fame...The fact that they would use the media and death anniversary and totally belittle the family proves they have no conscious for kids of physical or sexual abuse or their families.. They wanted money and they needed to sell their story to get it, ofc Wade already claims he fooled his own family in public court to refute his own claim of never being sexually molested by MJ, so he's already proven a good liar and actor, if that was true...he's a sociopath, and even his own psychologist don't believe him...

This is for the people that keep commenting “he’s not here to defend hisself” So since he isn’t here alleged victims have no say so in their experience? So not only do alleged victims have to struggle telling their parents/friends/associates about being raped. Not only do they have to worry about backlash. Not only do they have to have PROOF for the judgment and to convince fans. Not only do they have to go through a lot of mental hardships from the trauma. But HOLD UP here’s the big one....they gotta hurry up and get through all those troubles before their rapists dies?! Because the alleged rapist is dead now and the alleged victims experience holds no power anymore. REALLY PEOPLE?!?!? I feel sorry for alleged victims they have a lot to go through before feeling whole and heard.

It’s easier to poke holes in Wade’s story because he is more of a public figure and had a relationship with the Jackson family. Safechuck, while not as inconsistent as Wade, has also made false statements. But most people won’t recognize that unless they are closely following the story. Abuse victims have the right to be heard, but anyone being accused of something has the right to defend themselves. That doesn’t only apply to Michael, it’s anyone. That’s why court cases are decided by a jury after hearing from the prosecution and defense. It’s not shaming a victim to layout the facts and then let people decide. Not all the facts would be in Michael’s favor either.

There is still an estate that can back up Michael if they choose to and they have in some way. He's not just some person that has 'no voice'. If we were to take who the accuser was out of this equation this would be a whole other story.

  • @DimePiece468

Delicieuxable That may be true for other people but not me. My statement is not holes in their stories regarding their relationship with Michael. It’s because the documentary allows them to say things like Michael begged me to testify and I refused, when it turns out people who worked on the case said that’s not true. He was never asked to testify. My problem isn’t that they are allowed to have a voice it’s that the documentary allows them to misrepresent the information to make their stories more believable. Everyone involved has a vested interest in this being a success so they sacrificed certain elements to make it so. Even the R. Kelly doc presented facts. And, yes, the estate has money and power, but you can’t defame a dead person so they can’t pursue that legal avenue. The director knows that.

Michael Jackson had a HUGH house. They said in the documentary that he had many rooms, many other houses off the main house. The young boys’ parents were in other homes on Nerverland Ranch. Jackson had an upstairs room above his room. Jackson’s kids were not with him 24/7. I’m sure he was an amazing father to his kids. They see what he wanted them to see.

Wade already had experienced money and fame . Also Wade had a very good reason to stand trial for Michael because of the influence and power Michael had while he was alive and considering Wade was working for N’Sync doing their choreography. Wade has nothing to gain by coming out his entire life has already been destroyed thanks to Michael . Michael convinced Wade and his mom to move to La and pursue his career . Wades entire family was destroyed over that move, his family broke apart , his father committed suicide and his reputation was already destroyed when Britney Spears left Justin Timberlake for Wade. So wade has nothing to gain by saying his truth now. I believe Wade and his Grandmother makes a very good point in that documentary.

With Macaulay Culkin and Corey Feldman there was not the same power structure as with the other little boys (from nowhere), the first two was already rich and famous! The “he didn’t have a childhood” excuse obviously still works - even after more than three decades - JESUS ;)

I think mentioning his children on any side of the argument is wrong. Paris tried to commit suicide multiple times because people put pressure on her just for being his daughter or not. The money in the lawsuit would also get taken from his kids which i think is wrong too. I was 6 when the trail happened and MJ was not played in my house . Thats why I cannot see why people just let the strange parts of him slide even though it could have harmed children. Just the sleeping in bed part alone will have changed the sense of boundaries for the kids. But I completely believe that the makers and network of the documentary just care about money clickbait and fame. I hope it will make it easier for families to talk about this topic as the truth about this died/ was killed with MJ. IN any way: the parents and enablers should be charged as well

The fact that his children's story hasnt changed, doesnt mean anything. There are lots of men, who love their children and do not harm their children, but hurt other people's kids. So just because a father kept his own kids safe, doesnt mean he wasnt doing things to someone elses kids. A predator can easily hind things from their own family. I am not saying MJ is guilty, but I am not saying he is innocent either . I loved MJ growing up, had a book on him and would read it every day. I couldnt afford to go to his concert when I was younger, it was his History tour of South Africa, so my brother took me and we listened from outside the stadium, and I remember You are not alone played, and I cried.. got so emotional that I was listening to MJ. I hope the allegations are not true

I'm really confused about this and can't really make a final option about MJ. But one thing should be forever considered: just because someone is dead, it doesn't mean all should be forgotten. There still need to be justice for victims and a place for the truth.

good vibes queen it wasn’t “hush money” it was a settlement because Michael was touring at the time so he paid because his management team said so and that’s where everything fucked up and made him look guilty when in reality it was just to push the date for court. And Michael was naive but Ik he regrets paying at the end.

Loni and Adrienne say that they weren't there almost as a way of dismissing the whistleblowers. You are correct, YOU WEREN'T THERE. None of us were. Traumatic events can have no effect on us for YEARS until there is a trigger making us respond. We have to validate that. We bring up money as a way of shutting people up without acknowledging the potential pain of these people. Also, people saying to leave MJ alone because he's not alive and can't defend himself also need to realize that people dismissed victims even when he was alive. I grew up listening to his music and it pains me to even think that he could have done something this atrocious, but PREDATORS CAN BE SOME OF THE MOST CHARISMATIC PEOPLE YOU KNOW.

I am reading the comments and it's shocking to see how many people dont know or dont take into consideration grooming. Just think about that : how many women have stayed and defended abusing men they have been with ? MJ was a global superstar and these kids were in love with him and admired him just like many of us did . He build a relationship with them and made them think that what they were doing should stay unknown or else he would get in trouble. I bet Wade and James did not want MJ to go to jail back then . Grooming is a hell of a thing. You are not rational anymore . Now all these people calling them liars amd saying there was an investigation about this. Guess what ? Child molestation doesnt leave traces most of the time . Plus MJ was often alone with these kids yall were not there so dont make harsh jugements like this !

I hate that we live in a society where someone can say they have been abused but because it is a “celebrity” not only does no one believe them, but they are attacked and disregarded as though their life means nothing. It’s disgusting. If your neighbour was a grown man who’s home was designed to attract children, even though he had no kids. Spent his free time playing and hanging out with children because he was “young at heart” and begged/payed you to let your children sleepover, you would’ve reported him to the police and reported the parents that allowed their children to stay with him to Social services. Celebrities get away with crazy, unacceptable behaviour just because they’re “celebrities” and people need to wake up and see the truth. Not just with MJ but with ALL celebrities that are clearly doing things that are wrong.
