Awesome as usual. The size of the things you do is incredible. Don't know why but my teeth started hurting on that interrupted cut. .. LOL. Thanks for sharing.

How does 4340 cut compared to 4130? That started out as an impressive piece of material and you sculpted in down to a nice looking part.

not to steal Chris's chair here, but from my experience there is not a noticeable difference when in an annealed state.

Never did a CNC screw cutting, only on a manual lathe. Does the cutting tool still cut on the traveling edge or is it on both sides every pass?

Witam, Jest Pan zadowolony z tej maszyny? Jak z awaryjnością i precyzją obróbki? Ma jakieś kaprysy? Pozdrawiam.

Like, whisky tango foxtrot? Inches and millimetres in various drawings for one project? "Burdel macie w tym Archeo, siostry..." ;-) BTW, that music track - can't say it's "monotonous", as there's more than one tone in it, but still kinda boring, don't you think? ;-)

0:17 - You could hit those tolerances with an ax! 0:23 - OK, now we have machinist's tolerances. 4:10 - +/- 7 tenths; it'd be nice to know the preference. 4:36- Assumed you weren't gonna let a part go out with that surface finish. 7:03 - Is that cutting on both the leading and trailing edges or one edge only? Chips are saying leading edge only. 9:38 -Always surprised at the end of your vids; looking for more drawings and cut.
