I find that Cloth backed diapers just suck! :( The original Abina level 4 was plastic backed and they were really good diapers. But like all the other companies, they stopped making them correctly with plastic backing that don't stretch, sag, and tear. The White Megamax is the one I think you should have used to compare with the Tie-die. Again another great video and I just love your diaper fashion show you put on for us. You are so adorable with such a perfect body. Anyhow keep up the great work and hope you are doing well. :)

Awe yeah I’ve thought about comparing both the white and the printed megamax but the traditional white diapers aren’t ever as good quality as an ABDL diaper. So I figured I could show my take on the difference between medical vs ABDL diapers! Awe thanks! 🖤

Medical diaper manufacturers have been cutting corners lately; it's not just the cloth effect backing but the move to a "strip" design with wings attached for fastening. Especially with a heavy duty diaper like the Abena M4, the whole of the diaper should wrap around and there should be absorbency in the sides, not just the centre. The only exception is Tena, which still has a plastic backed option and all their diapers (to my knowledge) are the old-fashioned hourglass shape. And yes, tapes ripping off is a common problem on Abena. You might like to see if you can get hold of Tena Active Fit Slips -- they have similar absorbency to Abena M4 but feel a lot thinner than the Megamax or similar ABDL associated heavy-duty diapers. They seem to be aimed at institutional buyers such as care home and hospital providers. As your email demonstrates, they are deaf to user complaints.

Pree, Thank you for your review. I always look forward to them. The only time I tried a bag of Abena L4 was a few years ago. I got the plastic backed version and thought they were OK but not great. This was before I tried anything from Rearz or NorthShore, and I never looked back. We live in different places (I'm in the US) and I consider NorthShore primarily a medical supplier that puts their name on higher quality and capacity diapers with performance that crosses solidly into ABDL territory.

Another great video Pree! You are definitely right about the abena tape diapers they are definitely different. I wear the mega max tape diapers from Northshore during the night and there go supremes pull-ups during the day while I’m at work. The white pull-ups and there pink ones are definitely the most comfy and absorbent. Who knew there pink ones would be the most comfortable. Me being a guy I thought I would never wear pink. But the wife says I look good in them lol 🤷‍♂️ but I must say I do love the mega-max for night time use.

Great entrance .... I like your creativity! I think the ABDL offer more but some of the medical diapers are good too. I do like Abena as a medical diaper and I also like the Incontrol diapers, which are a step up form them . Thank you for doing the comparison of the two diapers. I wear the small megamax when I go out but medium at home. The small megamax fits just like my underwear would and the tapes never slip! Love them!❤

Hugs. Another great video but just an heads up megamax aren't abdl diaper. It's still a medical one they just embrace them. Rearz, bambino and abu are in the terms of abdl brands. Sorry if it's coming off like I'm trying to be mean. Just wanted to inform you is all. Keep up the great videos

That's why when I got thrown back into diapers, I was in Abena M4's but as my bladder issues got worse, I transitioned to Northshore Megamax diapers

People talking about the M4's are probably refering to the XPlus which are plastic backed. The Slips are cloth backed and tapes I've heard are awful.

Yes, the M4 is the go-to for incontinent adults who order their own supplies. They are a long-established, well-trusted brand. The 'Premium' slips or whatever they call them now are aimed at institutional buyers, not users.

I can’t fit in an M4. I need a bigger size. I prefer the ABDL diapers and the sticky tapes than the cloth ones. They hold much better.

I am pretty sure anyone telling you to try the Abena M4 are talking about the plastic backed ones they still make in M4 and L4... not the clothy feeling ones with the horrible tapes.

Incontrol makes some quality adult diapers. They're just a bit expensive, but they are a subsidiary of rearz marketed for Incontinence in general.

More than 20 years ago Abena M4s were plastic backed and were kinda old fashioned back then but were absorbent AFTER that they went to absolute garbage IMO.

The Walmart tab briefs wrap around me like the one part of ur thumbnail and it makes me made. Like why do they need a 30 inch gap on their tabs

The M4s are super big diapers. Specially for DLs and maybe not for a day to day use.

Hey , Pree. As i said I am a chronic bedwetter. I am wondering if you do something like use a mattress protecter to keep things clean. Is it normal to have a slight wet diaper scent on the sheets? I am very self concious about it.

I personally don’t like when my sheets have the diaper scent on them so I tend to wash my sheets often. But nothing wrong if you do like it!

The M4 changed at least twice in the past 10 years. i have used them for a while and stopped with the second generation, the newest version, the one in the video is a joke in comparison to the the M4 back in the day. The original M4 where basically an ABDL diaper sold as a medical one. They fit quite well and where excellent. The original M4 (or a very good reproduction of it) was sold for a while as the Drylife Slip X-PLUS, but its very hard to find for sale at least in Germany. The changes the M4 made from my experience with them are the fallowing: original: plastic back, relatively thick, excellent fit gen2: cloth back, somewhat thinner, fit was decent, but not as good as the original gen3: cloth everything, very thin, tapes don't hold very well, terrible fit. i used the Fomacare X-Plus as a reference, since it has not changed from the time i started using them (parallel to the Abena one). I checked against samples i still have from the first batch i got. (i kept 1 for just such a comparison) so i can without a shadow of a doubt say that the current M4 is a far cry from what it used to be, and is completely new diaper

@@speedydiaperreviews2728 indeed. though i only know of 1 change, that being the change from plastic backed and 6 tapes, which where awesome. to cloth backed and 4 tapes. Though i dont recall them being stated to be the same like abena did

I grew up in plastic backed! PB diapers are the best, cloth are boring.
