We cannot stay more than 6 weeks out of Ireland for a summary of 5 years. ??. and also when applying for citizenship, the last 365 continuously have to be present in Ireland ??

What about the gaps in stamps caused by COVID and delays from the Immigration offices? How does that count towards reckonable residency time?

The government made provisions during covid so those who are eligible won't have any issues. Delays from immigration office could be avoided by submitting your documents well in advance of the expiry date
If I migrate to Northern Ireland will I be eligible for Irish passport by naturalisation
