I am just responding to one of your random videos but I just wanted to tell you that you have helped me GREATLY. I have watched a lot of different people's videos and YOU are the key to MY success and you have helped me get over the hurdles that I have had a hard time understanding and you have helped me to finally understand and grasp these concepts and these everything and now I feel like I can succeed and it's all thanks to you thank you so much thank you so much I am so grateful to you!! I am going to be great thanks to You!!! Bless u! However I notice that everytime it says "diagnosIs", u PRONOUNCE it as "diagnosEs" (which would have an E, instead of an I, and would be Plural). So I keep thinking u are saying diagnoses (plural), even though I know u are not (cuz I got u now). But I luvs u, and still credit you, and u go girl!!!

If a record indicates alcoholism, and I’m E/M coding, say for a patient with osteoporosis with a pathological fracture. Do I code the alcoholism? Does the alcoholism affect the MDM level?
