Thanks for reviewing this brand of sunscreen Sheri because I was curious about it too, but ammm you see all that work with the matte one to rub in I can’t deal with that lol. Maybe I’ve gotten spoiled with some of the Korean sunscreens that don’t require so much muscle. I’m gonna stick to those for now.

I use Matte as my everyday spf. It's not as lightweight as some sunscreens but I don't find it too much effort to rub in. My only qualm is that it's not actually a 'matte' finish on my skin and can be a little dewy (though much less dewy than other sunscreens I've tried). I find that the moisturiser you use underneath the product can also affect how 'dewy' it is on the skin. The colour is also a little too warm for my skintone but I still like it enough to continue using it! I was considering Flex but I think I will hold off on that one after watching your review and stick with Matte. 🌻

I have tried Flex and everything you said was spot on!! I love the color matching part of the formulation and it looks pretty on the skin. BUT it rubs off on everything, it absolutely does not settle. I had the same internal struggle of trying setting methods but ultimately not doing that because I shouldn't have to work that hard. I also use Vitamin C and a hyaluronic moisturizer underneath. And along with my naturally oily skin, this moisturizer ends up looking like an oily mess. Matte sunscreens are usually best with all I put under them. Thank you for the review! I'll try the matte when there's a sale lol.

Oh my gosh yessss you totally had my experience 🤣. At least I'm not imagining things but at the same time there are alot of people that swear by this.

Thank you for this!! I've been wanting to try this sunscreen but was overwhelmed by the number of options. I have incredibly dry, mature skin (just restarted my tretinoin journey) so I tend to dry out and flake by midday. Also, you're absolutely stunning and I could literally listen to you talk all day long. Beautiful accent! ❤️

I don't usually comment on anything, but thank you for this review. I like how you get right to it! (I tend to change channels in the 1st 2 minutes on anyone with long-winded intros). Thank you for your feedback. The matte seems to be too much work and the flex seems like too much mess. I have been loving and will stick to the Eunyul sun fluid and Cosrx... for the time being.

I love the face shield matte for many reasons, as a sunscreen and foundation, i get a dewy finish . Its a bit pricey but its my go to sunscreen.

So glad you like it. Interesting that you also get a dewy finish from a "matte" product lol. I am guessing it performs matte in other climates.

Thanks for the video. I was very close to buying the flex but decided against it after watching this video. Reviews on their site seemed mostly good. But after watching your video I decided to check out the Amazon reviews and others were experiencing the same issues you had. I also decided against the matte. As you said, these products aren't cheap so I'd need for them to not have issues to give them a try.

I'm glad it was helpful. I honestly thought I was the only one who had these thoughts because on their site, it really seemed mostly good. I'm also wondering if most people are applying the correct amount as well. 🤔 Skin type and the climate definitely plays apart so they're definitely not for me and especially at the price point.

Which one did you use , medium or tan ?
