hi so the yc-05 is for usb serial and what is the reference of the bluetooth one? What software to datalog and will it work on a older ecu like the zc d16a9 130hp 1.6 without vtec?

So the FTDI software is automatically installed on windows when USB serial is plugged in. Software to datalogging I'm coming out with a video really soon. What ECU are you using?

Do you need a controller box with this method or can I just use a ls wideband o2 sensor might be a stupid question but people might not know what ability the ecu has. In my case I have a 4 wire o2 but 5 wire ls 4.9 is not a bad price

So you will need a interface to read the info from the o2.....usually comes in a package (sensor, control box, gauge)

I'm looking at a controller box but use bt to monitor the fuel trim. Tuner view or something similar. Jcar in Australia sell a controller for $50aud and a ls wideband o2 is around the same money.

@@zainzainzain3315 if your running OBD1 a P06 ECU with a Chip and vtec conversion will work. Or you can use a P28 see if it runs ok if not chip it and burn a different map to it
